This Photowalk takes place in Yamamotodori in Kitano-cho, Kobe. Yamamotodori (山本通り) is one of the best residential areas in Kobe. Many foreign consulates have their offices here. Kitano-chō (北野町) or Kitano Ijinkan (北野異人館) is a historical district in Kobe.
I set my Ricoh GR IIIx to P (Program) and Snap Distance Priority. P mode is automatic but allows me to adjust the shutter speed. I shot in both RAW and JPG (Color Film).
You will notice a lot of motion blur in the photos in this video because the F Stop was f16. After all, I was shooting at DOF3 in Snap Distance Priority. I decided to show all the photos even though some should have been deleted because I felt it’s important to always show the good, the bad, and the ugly (e.g. completely blurry photos) in my run-and-gun style photo walks.
