This was AWESOME! Maizuru Park in Fukuoka is only at 20% bloom (cherry blossoms) but that’s not stopping people from celebrating — AND EATING!!
I saw food I’d never seen before including “tunnel potato” and Hakata Okonomiyaki on a stick!!

I’m off to Honshu island. I’ve enjoyed Kyushu very much and will be back. See you on he road!

  2. Heres a little history for you: french fries were actually invented in Belgium but in ww2 american soldiers in the south of belgium (where they speak french) tought they were in france so thats why they call it french fries and as a belgian it really triggers me when someone says french fries

I enjoy your video and I've watch almost every video that you'd made. Thank you so much for making me smile everyday. I have cherry blossom tree in my garden, and it was late to blossom this year, but finally its full of blossom right now. Have safe travel John, I'll be watching Only in Japan following you!!!
