Hi! I’m Burabura. Continuing from the last time, this is the second visual dictionary for Train station boxed lunch. This time I visited this shop located at Shin-Osaka Station. Now, go inside and choose the Train station boxed lunch. The “Seasonal Recommended Train Station Boxed Lunch” corner is located at the front of the store.

Spring is almost here, so spring-like lunch boxes are lined up. There are bento boxes that don’t seem to be related to spring, but the bamboo shoots make up for it. SUMO is held in Osaka in March, so this is a spring bento. There is a sign that says “Osaka”.

This area is like an ekiben in Osaka. GINGA’s photo is so cool. Everything looks super delicious. You can even taste it with your eyes. I am fully enjoying the feeling of traveling. Meat bento corner. Omi beef and Matsuzaka beef. Both are branded beef. However, the price is affordable.

This is also the meat bento corner. This shelf also has beef bento, chicken bento, and pork bento. Apparently, not all bento samples are lined up on the top row. It’s a good idea to check the bottom as well. There are also sandwiches.

Most of them are cutlet sandwiches, but there are other types as well. Corner with crab, shrimp, salmon, salmon roe, etc. It’s now just after 7 o’clock, right after the store opens. Perhaps that’s why the super delicious “trout Sushi” hasn’t arrived yet. Wow! Shiitake bento and Japanese flyingfish sushi are really tempting!

Blackthroat seaperch lunch boxes are also on sale! wonderful! Greenland halibut fin sushi! It is curious! A luxurious combination of crab and salmon roe. There are many bento boxes from Kansai. I’m looking forward to visiting train station boxed lunches around the country.

This area sells bento boxes made with branded beef and pork from Ibaraki Prefecture. I’m sure it will be delicious. Asari clam mixed rice and boiled whitebait. It’s not fancy, but it’s definitely delicious. monkfish! This store even has monkfish bento boxes. Monkfish is also used in this bento.

Oh, there is the famous “octopus bento”. This is the Self-Defense Force version of that. “Kuromi Lunch” (1,980 yen) This might be the most expensive bento here. Last time, the Shinkansen bento was out of stock. Looks like I can buy it today. Sushi corner. Everyone’s favorite Sushi wrapped in persimmon leaves

There are variations, such as just mackerel or a mix of various things. The Train station boxed lunch I had last time was delicious. Lots of mackerel sushi. Osaka sushi, a type of boxed sushi, is sold here. Sea bream sushi. It looks delicious. “Crab sushi”

What I saw earlier was a crab bento from Fukui Prefecture, but this one is from Tottori Prefecture. “Momotaro’s Festival Sushi” in Okayama. “Sasa Sushi” in Tsuruga. Snack corner. camembert cheese. Grilled ray fin. Long-aged salami. Fried salty Ginkgo nuts. Boiled beef tongue. My favorite food is crab butter.

Cashew nuts coated in batter with binchotan charcoal. Beef tongue jerky made with red wine. Looks really delicious. Beef tongue crackers. This area is all about souvenirs. Several types of canned mackerel are sold. Sand dune soba. Retort-packed soba noodles from a soba restaurant near Tottori Station. Pre-packaged curry. Oxtail soup. Drinks. Beer, chuhai, etc.

Soft drinks. Mostly Japanese tea. Soft drinks at room temperature. hot drinks. bill. I had a hard time deciding which one to eat. I buy a lot. This is the limit for one time. Now. This is Gokurakubashi Station of Nankai Electric Railway. Click here for the train to ride!

Tenku is a sightseeing train that travels to Mt. Koya. From here to Hashimoto Station, it will run 19.8km in 43 minutes. In addition to the fare, a reserved seat ticket is required, which costs 520 yen for adults and 260 yen for children. To be honest, I think it’s cheap.

This time we took the photo from the observation deck, so you can enjoy a wide view of the scenery. All Aboard! First, I’ll try this Train station boxed lunch. Conger eel bento (1,460 yen:9.64 USD) The manufacturer is “Suiryoken”. Founded in 1888.

Initially, honey was added to cold water from a well inside the station and sold as “chilled candy” only during the summer. Open. Throwaway chopsticks, toothpick, refreshing towel. And then, two conger eels appeared! its big! The conger eel is so big that you can’t even see the rice. wonderful. Sauce. wasabi. Pickles.

First, add the sauce. Add wasabi appropriately. The fish is very soft, but the skin is stretchy, so it’s difficult to cut with chopsticks. I’ll try eating only the fish first. Now! delicious! It has a light taste that is different from fatty eel. The fish is very soft. Rice with plenty of sauce.

This is also delicious! It’s difficult to cut the conger eel with chopsticks, so I decided to bite into it directly. I should have done this from the beginning. Eat rice and conger eel alternately. Wasabi is wonderfully effective. If the conger eel and the rice taste like the same sauce, you’ll get bored.

Wasabi is a nice accent. “Conger eel bento” It was delicious. Next is this! Tsuruga specialty “Sasa Sushi”! (1,180 yen: 7.79 USD) The manufacturer is “Shioso Co., Ltd.” He is a wealthy merchant who has been around since the Edo period, and seems to have been running a sushi restaurant since the early Taisho period.

The rice used is a blend of two types of rice: Koshihikari and Hanaechizen. Open. Avoid direct sunlight, high temperature and humidity, store in a cool place, and consume as soon as possible after opening. Please eat quickly. Sasa sushi has appeared. refreshing towel sweet pickled ginger Contains two types of Sasa sushi. atlantic salmon

Sea bream The kuma bamboo grass that wraps the sushi is real. Food that has been around for a long time has a nice flavor to it. First, let’s try the sea bream sasa sushi. The reason why it is wrapped in kuma bamboo grass leaves is because they have antibacterial and antiseptic properties.

It was double wrapped. The underside of the leaves has a rough texture. Sea bream on vinegared rice. Furthermore, there are tree buds (young Japanese pepper leaves) on top of it. You can see something like fibers inside the rice. It’s simple and beautiful. Just bite into it without using chopsticks. Let’s eat. Hmm

Due to the structure of sushi, it is not possible to bite through the sea bream. Just eat the sea bream in your first bite. delicious! Oh, there was also sea bream in the vinegared rice. With this, you can definitely taste the ingredients. The sea bream was delicious.

Oshizushi is filled with rice, so even just one piece will make you feel full. Now, next. atlantic salmon It has a small lemon on it. This is also simple and beautiful. As expected, Atlantic salmon is sandwiched between vinegared rice. There are more ingredients than it looks, which makes me happy. Now let’s eat.

Delicious! As expected, I ate all of the above ingredients in the first bite. Regardless, it tastes good. I think it has a deep flavor. I have enlarged the fiber-like material sandwiched between the rice. This is pickled kelp.

This, the branded rice, and the vinegar and seasonings that go well with it seem to create an exquisite taste. Shioso’s Tsuruga specialty “Sasa Sushi”. It was delicious. Now, what should I eat next? Okay, I’ll eat this. “Tottori Prefecture Crab rice” (1,500 yen:9.91 USD).

It seems that it won the Grand Prix of Japan Food Selection. There is Tottori tourist information on the back. You can also heat it in the microwave if you remove the film inside the container. The manufacturer is “Abe Tottorido Co., Ltd.”, which was founded in 1910.

Let’s take a look at the bento box. The bento box is trying its best to say, “I’m a crab.” Throwaway chopsticks refreshing towel “Magic cut” that can be cut from anywhere. Convenient. Open. Wow! Full of crabs! It’s a spectacular view. The flaked snow crab meat will whet your appetite. So, without further ado.

Let’s eat. delicious! The sweetness of the crab gradually spreads. Plus, it has a faint crab butter taste. This rice is cooked with crab butter. Eat crab claws. Crab claws are pre-slit to make them easier to break. That’s great consideration. delicious! Very easy to eat. Break off the crab claws.

Use this to eat the meat inside. Abe Tottorido’s “Tottori Prefecture Crab rice”. It was so delicious that I was convinced that it won the Grand Prix. Next is this. “Dream Super Express 0 Series Shinkansen Bento” (1,380 yen: 9.12 USD) The 0-series Shinkansen is the world’s first high-speed railway vehicle.

Operation began on October 1, 1964. Only 19 years have passed since the defeat. Japan has achieved this. Oh, I was talking about ekiben. Remove the wrapping paper. It’s a good lunch box. Children will love it! Open. What’s this? This is a ticket-like commemorative ticket for purchasing an ekiben.

I’m glad to have an appendix like this. refreshing towel A sheet to prevent food from coming into contact with the refreshing towel. The contents of the bento are mushroom pilaf, fried shrimp, hamburger steak, fried chicken, fried potato, and spaghetti. And a kamaboko modeled after the Japanese flag!

Now, let’s start with the fried shrimp. delicious! It’s a shame that the shrimp are small, but the batter is very delicious so it’s not a problem. Hamburger steak All side dishes are favorites of children. delicious! It’s much more delicious than I expected.

As for the fried chicken and french fries, I couldn’t get a video of me eating the first piece. _| ̄|○ They were both delicious. Mushroom pilaf. Let’s eat. delicious! Slightly buttery flavor. It’s amazing how delicious it is even when it’s cold. A fish cake modeled after the Japanese flag. Manufacturers know what’s important.

A fish cake with a strong flavor. Spaghetti is cut into short pieces to make it easier to eat. The taste is normal, not bad or bad. However, it was a great ekiben overall, including the Shinkansen container. Now, next is train station boxed lunch in Osaka.

“Hachikaku Bento” by Suiryoken Co., Ltd. (1320 yen: 8.72 USD). This is a long-selling train station boxed lunch released in 1975. Suiryoken is here again. Seems to be a major train station boxed lunch manufacturer. Throwaway chopsticks and toothpicks. The “Magic Cut” that appeared earlier can cut from anywhere. Really convenient. Open.

Oh, it looks very delicious. Colorful side dishes are lined up in a row. What’s more, it’s a healthy bento box that doesn’t contain any fried foods. And rice that shines white! Also, pickled vegetables. Bento boxes are made of kyōgi (wrapping material thinly shaved like paper).

Kyōgi seems to have excellent antibacterial, humidity control, and breathability properties. First, let’s eat boiled chicken. Delicious! This is so delicious that I can’t express it in words. It’s so delicious that you’ll want to taste it forever. Next is red fish miso Yuan-yaki. Red fish is a general term for red fish.

However, only three species are allowed to be called redfish: golden redfish, Pacific ocean perch, and ocean perch. So, the fish I’m eating now is probably one of the three types mentioned above. By the way, it’s really delicious. Following the boiled chicken from earlier, it was very delicious.

But it might just be a coincidence. Boiled shrimp. Will the next side dish be delicious? Super delicious! This is delicious too! It’s plump and light, yet has a strong flavor. Could be a divine train station boxed lunch. Even the fish cake is delicious! Japanese omelet.

I thought this would be delicious anyway, and as expected, it was! Seriously, I’m so moved by every bite I eat. The soup stock is really delicious. It’s not too sweet and has just the right amount of seasoning. Boiled eggplant

I won’t go into details because there is no end to it, but both this and the runner bean were wonderfully delicious. White rice shaped into a straw bag. Cooked after 2 hours of sufficient water absorption. This makes for delicious rice that retains moisture even when it gets cold.

In addition, the pot used is a pot that can cook 50 meals, which is not too much. This is to prevent unevenness. Rice is delicious! What is this? For now, let’s have a taste. delicious! What does it taste like? It tastes like shrimp to me.

The correct answer is to spread sea urchin on the surface of squid and grill it. You’ll want some Japanese sake. Boiled taro Wow, this is different from the taro I know. It has a little stickiness and is very smooth. Soft Red Bean Agar. Of course, it’s delicious. Broad beans. Wolfberry and pickled radish.

It would have been better to eat the vinegared food last. Koya-tofu It’s my favorite. delicious! The soup stock that comes out is really delicious! The smooth texture is also wonderful. bamboo shoots Green beans shiitake mushroom carrot Simmered Food Wrapped in Kombu These stews were also delicious. Suiryoken’s “Hachikaku Bento”.

It was a surprisingly wonderful ekiben. It’s easy to see why it continues to sell well for many years. Next is this! Awajiya’s “octopus bento” (1,480 yen: 9.77 USD). Self-Defense Force version. The octopus is wearing a helmet. The bento box is made of ceramic and resembles an octopus pot.

It seems that some people collect this vase. Is this camouflage pattern the same as the real thing? I don’t know much about it, so I don’t know. Can you see that there is an octopus here? The Self-Defense Force version has a camouflage pattern, so it’s hard to tell. refreshing towel Inner lid.

Take the antibacterial sheet and open it. A delicious-looking octopus is sitting here. First, I eat octopus. The video of the beginning of eating was not filmed. I usually fail when I’m drinking. Well, it’s an octopus, It is chewy yet soft, and the more you chew, the more flavor you get.

By the way, the octopus used in this dish is said to come from Morocco and Mauritania. It’s a shame that it’s not Akashi octopus, which is famous all over the country, but if it’s this delicious, you’ll be more than satisfied. Bamboo shoots make you feel spring.

The taste is delicious and the texture is enjoyable. Caramelized sand lance inspired by Hyogo Prefecture in spring. Caramelized sand lance is a local dish that originated in Kobe, and is made by boiling raw young sand lance with soy sauce, sugar, and ginger to give it a sweet-salt flavor.

Locals say that when the aroma of cooking this food wafts through town, they feel that spring has come. It is a seasonal feature. It has a delicious sweet, spicy, and slightly bitter taste. Both rape blossoms pickled in soy sauce and my favorite dish, stewed shiitake mushrooms, are delicious.

Now, let’s eat the rice cooked in the octopus soup stock. delicious! Tasty octopus flavor! The texture is chewy. Because of the large amount of rice, eating this ekiben will make you feel quite full. Also, since I eat a lot of train station boxed lunches at once, I only finished halfway through this ekiben.

The next day, when I was eating the leftovers, satsuma-age came out from the bottom. As someone who is not a god, I have no way of knowing that something like that is in there. Anyway, Awajiya’s “octopus bento” was delicious. The seventh train station boxed lunch is this!

“Sea bream sushi” (1,080 yen: 7.13 USD)! This is the “Shioso” train station boxed lunch that appeared earlier. Red pandra is used. Originally, it seems that Yellowback sea-bream was used, but as catches have decreased, Red pandra seems to have been used as a substitute.

Red pandra is a fish distributed in the eastern Atlantic Ocean, and does not live in the waters near Japan. Since the 1960s, it has been imported in large quantities and used as a substitute for Thailand. The current import amount appears to be small. Open. Mild soy sauce and sweet pickled ginger.

A sheet that I don’t know what it is. Antibacterial sheet. Beautiful pressed sea bream sushi. Drizzle soy sauce little by little. Now, let’s eat it right away. Pressed vinegared rice. delicious! You can enjoy the taste of the ingredients themselves. It’s not Japanese sea bream, but it’s okay if it’s delicious.

Made using traditional Japanese cooking methods. When I travel, I want to try local cuisine like this. “Sea bream sushi” made by Shioso. It was delicious. Now, here is the last bento! “Original Chicken Chanko Bento” (1,480 yen: 9.77 USD) Supervised by the Japan Sumo Association.

I’m removing the string now, but it’s probably best to remove it right before eating. Since ancient times, sumo has been a ritual to pray for a rich harvest. The expiration date is within the same day. The expiration date for train station boxed lunch is usually within the same day.

There is also a train station boxed lunch that lasts a little longer. This bento uses the bento box that is equipped with a mechanism that can heat it with lime, which I mentioned last time. After pulling out this string, it will be ready in 5 to 6 minutes.

After a short time, steam started coming out. When I put my hand on the lid, it became so hot that I couldn’t touch it. 6 minutes have passed, so I’ll open it. Throwaway chopsticks and refreshing towel. Wow! It looks really delicious. It’s topped with lots of delicious-looking ingredients.

It’s a chanko bento, so if it’s not filling, you won’t be able to talk about it. First, let’s eat chicken meatballs. delicious! It’s soft, the chicken has a strong flavor, and it’s delicious. But it’s not hot. It seems better to think of the heating mechanism as a gimmick for fun. quail egg.

Although there is not much demand for it in Japan, it is a popular ingredient in Asia and South America. Moreover, it seems that it has to be quail eggs that have been improved in Japan. Boiled fried tofu. This is also delicious! Rice with juice seeping out. Delicious!

I’m happy to be able to eat something like this at train station boxed lunch. Boiled shiitake mushrooms. Of course, it’s delicious. The adoption rate for shiitake mushrooms is high. Because it’s delicious. Now for the star of the show, the chicken.

In sumo, if your hand touches the ground, you lose, so the idea is to eat a chicken that doesn’t have hands and win the match. delicious! The yuzu peel is a nice accent. This bento is definitely delicious. However, the heating mechanism (the following is omitted).

Probably because it’s a train station boxed lunch eaten on the train, it can’t be made very hot. “Original Chicken Chanko Bento” was delicious. Well, I ate 8 different train station boxed lunches. Which one was the most delicious this time? ? Suiryoken’s “Hachikaku Bento”! Great train station boxed lunch! Now

After this, the video from the train window will be shown in full screen. Thank you for watching until the end. I would like high rating and channel registration. See you next time.

  5. It didnt heat the bento properly bevause you took off the strings, which wete to keep it closed tightly with steam inside.

  6. 車窓から景色を眺めながら駅弁を食す✨
    ホント至福の時ですよね😆
    私も鉄道に乗りたくなりました😊

  7. Wow,amazing bento,so well presented and everything looks so well made and freah.Thank you for sharing and the beautiful train ride.
