The board has said that offline registration can be started from April 15th and online registration can be started from the last week of March. But until the opening date of all the Char Dhams is declared, we will not be able to declare the date of registration. As you all know. Currently, out of the CharDhams, the opening date of only two Dhams, Kedarnath and Badrinath has been declared. But the official date of Yamunotri and Gangotri Dham has not been announced yet.
And you were also asking that when will the booking of GMVN start, then till the opening date of all the Chardhams is not declared, the booking of GMVM will also not be started, so you wait till last week of March.
