Day 21. It’s been three weeks, but atleast other agencies in the sphere are making strides to ensure they don’t cause any international incidents based on “difference of work culture” while simultaneously attempting to have a international workplace and brand. A.k.a miss me with that bullshit excuse. What do you expect from fresh out of high-school lawyers though.
I posted this video yesterday, but I feel it’s a bit to relevant to just fall to the wayside like it did.
One major point she mentions was to look for what terms and services the agency provides to the talent in the contract. And as far as we have seen, there is none.
There are other red flags, but the video is well worth the watch.
But let’s not miss the forest from the trees. 2 talents were pushed to the point that ending their own life was seen as the only solution for them, from the horrendous and toxic work culture that is present inside Anycolor. Anycolor’s secrecy is a major issue, and needs to be addressed.
No more stealth suspensions. No more last minute “planned vacations”. No skin walking on the accounts. Anycolor needs to use only Anycolor’s official channels to communicate with the fanbase, and that includes being clear about when a talent is suspended and for what actions [no need to get into the details. This is just “keeping a paper trail”] and no more termination letters in the crazy unprofessional, and highly defamatory language that we have seen recently.
It’s CURRENT YEAR, and if you want international labour, your going to have to start playing by international labour laws. Else things will just get worse.
Shape the fuck up Anycolor. The world is watching.

Take screenshots of the reminders and the notifications if they’re removed because you wanna hold them accountable for that too if they do it.
Not to mention the sudden out of nowhere decision for everyone in NijiEN to suddenly be in Japan all at once. Would sure love clarification and honest communication on that. Because I’d bet my paycheck that the talents didn’t all coincidentally decide to all just end up in Japan for no reason. Especially with some of them being there for several weeks. If they’re there for meetings, be honest. If they’re there for an announcement, be honest. If they’re being forced to immigrate, be honest. But it doesn’t look good when something’s obviously going on in the background and nobody is explaining it.
