I am ready! How long will it take? Will I be able to succeed it? I do not care about all these. No pressure! No pain! It is just my next dream and me… We are far from each other, yet together. To start is to finish! And it needs courage!

I think an ultramarathon is like life. There is a beginning, there is an ending. And all the way in between there is doubt… …there is joy, there is upheaval… …there is success, failure and a doubt in your head that… …if you’re gonna finish it or not…

In the beginning running seemed only a matter of sports to me… …but after knowing ultramarathon, it has simply become the guide of my life. I have always set myself big goals and big dreams. When i was little, I used to dream about being the first female pilot of India.

I had a traffic accident and spent 15 days being unconscious. I remember the first moment I woke up… I felt so weak and so far from my dreams. I found out I could not be an active pilot because of the accident. And then a voice within said to me “you just stumbled!”

I stood up again… The things I went through in my life made me love ultramarathon even more. I did the best I could for my dreams and made the best of it as far as my health allowed. Later on in my life, I noticed that ultramarathon wasn’t recognized in India at all.

I decided to introduced it to my country and expand my vision as an ultramarathon runner. Today me and my friends inspire people with what we achieve at the end of each race… …and refresh our own inspiration as well. This is your life. Your race. Others can run alongside you…

…but no one can run for you! Be beautiful!
