Although Shinjuku has undergone considerable modernization since then, Golden Gai seems to have remained largely unchanged.

I noticed that japanese young woman talking to the cafe woman then went off i thought she must be asking where the toilets and then shortly after we see her walking back ,no doubt back to the cafe.
If foreigners see this, they will think that Japan is full of izakaya (Japanese style pubs).

Omg i went to Japan on March 2023 in Tokyo & 43:03 looks familiar! Im surprised the big Street Fighters? sign (the big red anime sign) hasn’t changed for 2 years straight. I stayed at the shinjuku prince hotel so that big red sign was like the legend to get back.

LIke most of these types of videos, you walk around too fast and do not take film of restaurants, shops etc so we can see what they sell etc.
I don't see many cars, mostly people walking. No fat people.
