日本人です。小雨で走ることがこんなにも驚かれるとはw。
日本では小学生くらいから避難訓練を定期的に行います。その際
おさない
はしらない
しゃべらない
おはしと習いました。(地域によっては頭文字が変わるかも)
それを中学校卒業(9年間)年2回くらい行います。なので地震などの災害時は走る方が危ない。喋ると集中力が衰える。と認識します。雨は教育的な事を言えば外での催し物が全て雨天中止になるから敬遠されているのかな？単純に濡れたくないだけなんですけどねw。もっと言えば、地震で走ったとこで揺れてるのは変わらないけど、雨なら屋根がある所に行けば濡れない。その心理で動いてる部分もあります。何かと賞賛していただきありがとうございます。
