It and make adjustments and it’s always fun because you’ll tell them to do one thing and they’ll hear something else and do that and um we’re gonna have fun talking about that stuff today so um kind of some things with the action steps that I I
Wrote down real quick and um um I always think it’s very important is um really knowing what you want to accomplish or what you want to create now when I started I knew I wanted to accomplish but it’s much different today than it was 17 years ago um but I did have an
Action plan to leave my job once I left my job I did have an action plan of what I wanted to accomplish next and then once I got close to accomplish that I came up with another one another one so just just keep in mind where you’re at
Today is not where you’re going to be years from now um you’re going to be progressing forward and things are going to change and your and hopefully your your goals change and grow and and continue to move forward but you need to have a starting spot to kind of Define
Where you want to get to um me and Michelle actually worked with uh Ashley the girl was on with us on Wednesday last night um some of her action plan stuff and we kind of talk through it and I’ll talk what we do um but once you
Kind of have an idea get with somebody like your growing up line that’s that’s good at this business that’s growing in this business that that has some success um and do a a a planning session with them we call those if if you go on the
Na na University Andy has a a class on it it’s called the GS3 it’s a get to know uh goal set and get started or I get to know goal set and go serve um and we did that with Ashley last night she filled out our independent Financial
Engine the thing we talked about Wednesday that’s on there as well we went through that kind of went through what her finances were where she was at where she wanted to go to in the next 30 um to 60 days we came up with a plan how
To accomplish that and and and started working on how we’re going to help her to achieve that in the 60-day window that she’s looking to do so get get kind of an idea where you want to go what you want to do um from there um and then
Kind of create money you know one of the things that with Ashley um that we talked about was how to go out there and create cash quickly um as we were talking about playing the game cash flow it’s it’s getting cash in your hand so you have money to invest to build build
Residual income um so we’re talking to our on the strategies to go do that and to build cash um and then from there the investment strategies that you do to build the residual income so that’s kind of like the first steps that we kind of go through um once you get that momentum
Created and start getting some residual income and and I have Brian and Michelle with me today they they’ve kind of gone through those steps themselves and started build building those kind of things um and then you just want to duplicate it over and over again it’s
It’s when you play the game uh Capal the board game um when you get out of the Rat Race you multiply your residual income by a 100 times and a lot of people think it’s to get out of the rat race it’s it’s getting your residual income higher than your debts and and
That’s true but that’s not the true definition of being out of the Rat Race that’s why to make the game so it doesn’t last for two weeks um of playing it straight it would they they multiply by 100 times so they said now that you know how to create residual income do
This a 100 more times that’s why they multiply that’s when you’re out of the route rate um so they multiply by 100 times to get you out of there so it’s like once you create that income do it 100 more times um to do it and then so that’s a
Duplication aspect that’s the continue to do it over and over again and it’s teaching other people how to how to create that so um Brian and Michelle are two people that I’ve been working with trying to help create that for them teach them how to do it um so if you
Guys could bring both of them up with me um on the call at the same time it would be cool because I’m just going to chat with them we’re gonna hang out and stuff but um kind of uh Michelle you want to go first let ladies go first and um kind
Of talk a little bit about um just like what what it’s been for you give them a little background and from where you came from um kind of how long you’ve been with the alliance and and where it’s gotten you today and and the aspects of learning the how residual
Income works and how how to make income that way and your mindset has it changed over the years is it something you’re born with than you knew from coming out of out of the womb you know it’s like hey I know residual income kind of tell give them a little background on on
Yourself oh awesome um happy Friday everybody uh thanks Andy for having me on the call um a little bit about me my name is Michelle I’m out of um Tampa Florida this is my fourth year uh in the alliance which is just crazy uh to even
Think about cuz it’s just just blink and and time flies um but anyhow um from before this you know I I really had this this image of like you go to school um you get out and these jobs are calling you nonstop they’re just like sign right
Here take this position and and then you just are successful like that was what I thought it looked like um and like for my family you know like they just did it where they got hired somewhere and then they put in you know 20 years or whatever so I’m thinking I’m just
Looking for that and um so like I never heard of of residual income I didn’t know like I really thought you had to be born rich or or something like it just it didn’t seem like it was something that I can do um I originally I found
This business um my brother he attended a meeting um you know just called me up and was like look we can pay off mom’s house we could do this we could do that um he never went ahead and got his license so it’s just crazy so like if if
You’re brand brand new and you haven’t done anything look you can tell somebody about the business and they will jump before you do um so thank God he did that that and um and so like it’s been a riddle I’m just so grateful because you’ve you are constantly like
Deprogramming like and it’s not it’s not an easy it’s not an easy thing to do but my mindset definitely had to change just the way that I was brought up to think about money how my family handles money um and it it didn’t come with like build
A business build a business build a business it was more like exposure like look at what me and my wife have look at how my children live look at like and it wasn’t like look at everything I have it’s just like these little doses of like this man is getting Starbucks every
Morning I mean one time he had God he’s crazy like just what he’s been able to do with with him and Angela how his daughter lives like these things that you see and you’re like it’s this business that can do that for me and you’re telling me if I just do what you
Say most of the time um that I can have a a quarter I could have it off I really listened like so it just like in that way Andy I’m just so grateful um for the initial exposure and then um cash flow definitely helped um you know how to
Start thinking about investing my money to create more and and that kind of stuff cool well thank you and Brian I um kind of the same thing as Michelle kind of give him a little background of yourself where you came from Brian’s a first generation immigrant and um do I
Say it right did I say it the right way first generation American American American hey I’m not you don’t have to be smart but U first generation American so they always say like um like you have a better shot of being rich in America as an immigrant coming in because you
Haven’t been trained through the American school system and stuff so you you must have an advantage Brian over Michelle and I so I mean that’s that’s why you’re just sharper because you have advantages no man um guys it’s a it’s a true honor first off um I want to thank
God for this moment um just just being around Andy riddle and Michelle col like Michelle Colon is my running buddy and I’ve seen this young lady just blow things up she’s so humble and so hungry and funny as hell and then U my boy Andy
Riddle he’s I consider him one of my um he’s became very very close to me um because he’s not a man of just talk he’s a man of action and I respect that a lot and um so a little bit about me um so thank you Andy thank you for having me
On this call I I’m so honored um so before this I’ve been with the alliance now seven seven years going into uh March but before this I did I worked 9 to5 selling Medicare supplements for Etna um over the thone and that was my 9-5 job but I always knew I wanted more
Like I I realized $17 an hour was not enough to pay my bills and then save up for a wedding like like crystaline wanted to get married and I was barely making it at $17 an hour and I was struggling so um I remember I’m like I
Got to find a legal way to start making some extra income and so all of a sudden Uber andyt came to mind and I just started working my butt off with Uber andyt you know what I mean I mean you’re talking about like from 6:02 p.m. from
The time I got out of that call center from 602 all the way to 2:00 in the morning uh the next day I would be just Mr Uber Mr Liv whatever you call me I do work on the side I take people from Florida to Georgia and back in a day
Just to make enough money to rack up for for our wedding you know what I mean and so that that kind of like inspired my entrepreneurs side um and then I found the alliance and and within the alliance riddle I I kind of bumped into a crazy redneck that started talking about you
Know Prosperity inspiration and Eternity and I was fired up about that because the one thing I was brought up was eternity you know what I mean I’ve never heard of like actually making money while being a Christian and now for me like growing up with that mindset like
Being a Christian and having money was taboo like you know what I mean and so I see this redneck by the name of Andy alright that like talked about Prosperity inspiration and attorney and I was attracted by that but through that I met you and you know um the things
That you have taught me and how much you just coached me and mentored me um has been an absolute honor and it’s changed my life it’s changed my income and it’s changed the way we live uh chrisen and I and what we do and now we’re trying to
Just trickle that down into our business and the people now that we’re trying to inspire and Coach through that man so I really truly appreciate the opportunity oh well uh let’s go back to Michelle um and Brian it’s kind of like we’ll just just like when we hang out in your guys’s
Office it’s like go back and forth we’ll just interrupt each other pick on each other oh sure our normal conversations so um but yeah so like I guess it was probably a year and a half ago maybe I could be wrong on the dates but were we really started working on building a
Business getting you guys to build businesses Brian you mentioned it um Wednesday call um when I told you like you’re not investing in your business and you thought leads were an investment like building it’s an investment in your in your personal production but it’s not investment in building a business um and
Kind of that aspect so stop laughing Michelle that conversation was so embarrassing it was so embarrassing I still remember where we were and dude we were falling asleep it was like 2 3:00 in the morning and you said investing leites is not investing in your business we woke
Up so talk a little bit about kind of um you’re kind of like what the experience been for you Michelle because kind of like um back then what we did with Ashley was something I probably did with you you know just to to find out what where you what you wanted to
Accomplish where you wanted to you see your business go to and then we’ve been working to get there and I know we’ve changed a few times and we’ve done some dream building stuff and different things that we’ve done through there but kind of in the aspects of um when you
Started to see the business aspects and building a business and wanting to really do that and understand how residual income talk a little bit about how may was it was that conversation the same for you Michelle like is that when your moment started or when Brian Brian
Talks about it was a different port take it away tell just kind of steps that got you moving towards that yeah and I think like when um we were talking about it when we were at natcon and I was like you know R work me and um and it was
Like when I when I say he work me like the the biggest thing is relationships and then like and so he was coming down to Tampa um and he was just sitting in my office and just casually like um at the time he was about to get married and
He’s talking to me um you know about his wedding and he’s asking me about Cassie and I and and where we see our life and just like this these little like little things about what I want and what I want and what I want it was never like I’m
I’m telling you like if you’re thinking like oh it’s just this like I’m just de signed today it wasn’t like that it was like it was this gradual thing where I just started to see more like he’s talking about what I can have and then
There’s this Gap as to what I do have and when I came in here I was like okay here’s what I know like I know that I have the discipline to sell like that’s what I saw I was like I have I could work this like I was working my job I
Can make three times as much money it’s unlimited you know and then you’re doing that you’re making the most money that you have I was what 26 at the time I’m like all right and and now now there’s this Gap it’s like there’s more um and you could you could have more you
Can enjoy more so when when we had that conversation um you know investing in leads is is not is not investing in your business I about threw up because here I am thinking I’m like I’m a business own owner but really I I was just I was just
Self-employed I didn’t know any better and like here’s the deal it’s the best it’s the best self-employment job you have this right here if you want a business when he said that I was like who what do you like what do you consider an investment like I he’s like
You like you have to have gas in the car to drive it like that least don’t count I’m like what and then it was like get staff I’m like staff I’m a paying nobody like and and it’s just like you and I know those of you who don’t have staff
The only reason you don’t have staff CU you don’t want to pay somebody and it’s like it’s him stretching me to say like like yeah but she’s creating more for you or they’re creating more for you look what Jessica does for me and then you just see how easy his life gets like
I don’t the other day booked a hotel and she bought clap for him and it was like what like there’s ways that you can like it just make it easier and now like after staff it was like um one it was more coaching like we all of a sudden we
Got on phun all the time cuz it was like now you know she’s on payroll I heard Marcus richardon say one time he said um we’re all on on commission based here you want to get paid uh you know you can make sure that I get paid and like and
It’s just amazing like there’s no way um if you ever wrote your bills down on paper and you’re like dang I make that much money you know so like all of a sudden I didn’t think I could afford you know to pay somebody and then now I’m
Paying them and like now I have more and it’s like okay well what do you do with this and just figuring out you know now it’s like okay R’s like well you need to go see people you need you need to run an ad you need to it it’s all these
Things that I didn’t imagine that I would be doing now I say a year and a half and it came from reading and and listening to audios and it wasn’t overnight and I I definitely fought back you know cuz I’m just fighting against what I have been told for the last 20s
Something years what I’m still being told you go you go to your family’s house and they’re like What’s Happening like what are you doing it it doesn’t make sense to them so you have to stay in this bubble like I’m grateful for Brian cuz we should you know we have
This office together I’m grateful that we both get coached and and yelled at and you know we keep messing up together and it’s cool that I’m like watching I’m like okay I’m not going to do that and he’s watching me do something crazy and I I don’t know man it’s like I didn’t
Have like an aha thing but I I think once you started just showing me like what Cassie and I could have together and what we could build and the relationships that we have I want with my team you know like I want to be able
To do this for them and and it’s only by you know following this system that they can have it or or I can have it so it just gets me some really excited so like talk about like some of the things that we’ve talked about in the past
Like you talked a little bit about like me GS3 and you and not knowing I’m GS3 and you and we still do that every single conversation kind of where I’m getting to know you more and more you know and then aspects of goal setting
And and then kind of how we’re I come up with a plan to serve or how we’re going to do it so talk a little bit about like like the where you and Cassie want to live cuz that’s like one of the big things that we talk about a lot back and forth
Like the house or the the the type style that you want to live in and how we see that and we saw that that’s kind of like the goal set you know that we’ve done um and then really the aspects of like the serving part like how we’ve traveled
Together to like I didn’t just say go do this and figure it out you know it’s like how we work together as a team and work together to help you do that cuz that’s important like a lot of people think it’s just like if you do it on
Your own it’s good like like I’m all for like one of the things I I I I’m teaching a lot of my guys now is you need to get out there and do it yourself don’t wait for a meeting to come to the city that you wanted to be in go create
The meeting you be the meeting um and that’s part of it but I mean I didn’t expect you to do that day one you know what I mean it’s like I didn’t say go figure this out you’ll figure it out you know um in that aspect so kind of talk
Through like the progressions that we’ve gotten to this point and how you’ve done what what we’ve done to get you to where you’re at now and so and yes 1,000% and it’s like you don’t really know that that’s happening and so like when I’m saying exposure it wasn’t just like on
What you can have it’s also how he is working like I got I got exposure to that so it initially started um we started having conversations about um traveling uh and so like there just going to the go the GS3 like you have GS3 me so many times and I don’t even
Think I was I was realizing like what it was and then it was like okay I want you to do this with your agent you remember I was like GS tuing maybe g g g GS one and a half and like I couldn’t like
Figure out the the the rest of it I was leaving it off and it was the it was the last part the most important part which was how do you serve cuz I’m thinking this is the foundation this is the play like let’s go run it and it it wasn’t
Happening and it’s like but Mich it’s not happening for you either it’s not magic like you were gradually like holding mine in cass’s hand to at least get to the mark So when he first started traveling first he invited me to travel with him and and I got to see just like
The speed and like the efficiency that he has his time management how how many people that he got to see and we were there for like the first time it was like 12 hours and I was just like oh my gosh this is the most this like this is
The most that I’ve talked in like 12 hour it was just so compact I’m like so when I’m thinking about traveling I was thinking it had to be you know weekl long stays and and doing all this stuff and it’s like look what he condensed in
This amount of time look at if you just took this day maybe multiple times a month like what that could do for your business and it was doing that and then we’d come back and we’d talk about like what I want and and one of the things I
Mean you for those that don’t know me like I about lost my freaking mind um when like my let goes and says like touch your dreams and so riddle had said touch my dreams touch my dreams you know he would send me stuff on Instagram but
You know you again he wasn’t like that was all like goal setting go setting but then the serve part he came out here and he actually like took me and Cassie to this building like I want a penthouse I don’t want no cookie cutter I just it
Doesn’t make sense don’t matter but I I mean the I want the view uh it doesn’t matter the the city line or the water like I want these big windows and I want this and I want that right and so he took us to the Ritz and like we’re
Sitting in the meeting where they’re telling him what it cost and and he him and Angel are like I’ll do this one and it I mean my there was lumps in my throat like I don’t belong here like this just gorgeous and it’s like but I
Could like I do and I will and I’ll have it but it’s only because I’m being exposed so it’s like the travel part is a part of the process and like now I have to go do what he did with me and Cassie I have to go do it for somebody
Else that’s the only way that it it works is it’s the only it’s the only reason like for him showing me how to get what I want in return the ultimate payment is is to go help somebody else get theirs cuz I’m showing him that like I can duplicate we can
Duplicate um and so it it was scary I’ll say that it was scary um it cost money it cost time but it wasn’t it wasn’t that bad cuz I had seen it already before um so I’m definitely grateful for for the transitional growth um that you’re putting us
Through Co Brian same type thing kind of like what’s the process been of you know where we figured out what you wanted to do kind of like GS3 in with you and then kind of creating the aspects to lead towards that I mean I I think I well
Just more tell the GS3 part and then we’ll go into the aspects of with Michelle and you kind of like what you what the what the ride’s been like what things she she went a little bit with the traveling stuff but yeah so it’s it’s funny because Michelle and I are
Very like in in similar areas but very different and and the way we get coached and it’s like like I try to feed like I I’m always like barging in and hearing what Riddle’s telling Michelle and then Michelle’s also doing the same kind of like hearing what Riddle’s telling me
And it’s like she does something I do something and and Riddle’s always like don’t do that and then so like so like what Michelle’s Co it’s like no you need to be doing that you know what I mean it’s like we’re we’re we’re like a ying
And yang but it’s a beautiful thing but um but for for me I think I think the the earliest memories is back in 2019 riddle when you just grabbed me um and I you could tell that I was just fed up with mediocrity I was just I was just
Not okay anymore with with being mediocre and you know you I remember the first thing that you taught me was Brian you have choices you know winning winning is a habit but so is losing so you got to start looking at your life and by the
Way let me put a pin on this understand what we’re talking about we’re talking about creating residual passive residual income we’re going to get to that in a second but before all of that you got to understand to create that and to grow that you got
You got to grow the person first okay and so what we’re talking about here is is is riddle how riddle has really done it with us and how he’s created loyalty friendships relationships and that automatically creates the byproduct of residual income okay so um I remember you started
Growing me riddle by by giving me a book you sent me a book home and that alone was everything to me you sent me a book and the name of this book was called Relentless and he made me read this book and you just honed in on that book you
Know what I’m saying 2019 before Co came we were already you’re already priming my mind and and the second thing you you you kind of taught me is learning how to study the great ones you know like the Michael Jordan’s the the Kobe Bryant their mindset you know and and and
Little dabs here and there every time you came to Tampa like like one of the things that like started really helping me was like your ability to to show me Brian you got to be okay with becoming a leader like with the process of it and understand that it’s never going to end
You got to be okay with that cuz I was being so frustrated with how long is it going to take till I become a successful person and and and what you’ve taught me riddle is you really will never reach that up until you go see the man
Upstairs and you got to be okay with that but you got to be chasing it you know what I’m saying be okay with never reaching it but be okay with always chasing it and it’s just like it’s a crazy thing um we started talking about like the path to Mastery and and and
Everything we do there but the biggest thing was where you started for me was having the Bel in myself like everything starts with the belief part you know what I’m saying um I remember the first time I met you riddle you uh we met at
This crazy place it a church and I saw you I’m like why what am I doing here and you just looked at me and you grinned at me and you said hey if you want to grow business you got to grow the person you know what I mean and and
That for me was everything um then little things like like you you just give me little dabs little jams like leadership is taken Brian it’s not given you know what I’m saying and and and just you you allow me into your world riddle you know allow me into your world
Saying hey Brian come up to Jacksonville drive three hour was coming to Jacksonville hang out with me for for a weekend and and through that the the lifestyle that you live live with Angela and your kids and how you how how you set your kids up is something that I
Admire and that I want you know what I mean and through that you’ve led us in through your network with Chris long with Courtney long with Brandon gel Swindell and and and it just now I’m a different person because of that Network Because of You exposing us kind of like
Michelle was talking about exposing exposure exposure and so that’s been you know really what’s been growing us the the part that we want more because we see the opportunity because we see that you are getting more you know what I mean and and you do it through example
That’s the craziest part about it so the cool thing is like if there’s new people on here like you guys been around for a while and been doing a lot and and you’re well known inside the alliance um and for someone who doesn’t know BR and
Michelle they both have been in the top 10 in the country for producing um and they both were top producers inside the alliance like they are big producers making money producing now going out there and selling and one of the hard things I think for me um and a lot of
Times like I’ve talked to other other leaders and other managers inside the alliance and stuff is is when you do become that big producer and Michelle hit on it a little bit earlier is like hugging your money you know what I mean and and holding it and like I don’t want
To I don’t I don’t want to get staff and all this and a lot of the times when you when you can print money like that like you guys can it’s tough because like making that that shift from a good life of being self-employed and going into a
Business owner and that shift is not just smooth you know what I mean there’s UPS Downs I mean there’s stuff that go through there and and and and emotions you go through and that’s kind of where I use the board game Caple I remember uh
And Michelle I want you to talk a little bit about I mentioned that on Wednesday’s call when you weren’t on with us um with Ashley and stuff but uh kind of like the first time you played it take what when I the first time Michelle played she had never played
Before and we had a group of people so I didn’t play I actually like just sat with her and coached her how to do it and was like walking her through it and um talk about the emotions in that first time of playing it and then try to
Relate it to like what it’s been like transitioning from a salesperson to a business owner is has it been similar what was it like and kind of the the things that I was telling you to do when you’re playing it and the the uncomfortableness I remember you having
So that that was a ride but it’s like when you just said that it’s like yeah it is a difficult transition and like you fight it because you’re like but like you want me to go do this but I could go run I could go make money and
Get paid by like Wednesday you know like I can get paid by fright you understand like I can go do that and it’s like it’s fighting it’s fighting thinking about yourself is really and thinking about your in a shortterm span so um it is a very difficult thing to do when that’s
All that you’ve known but that game oh my God especially because they would all talk about the game and I had such fomo but like I’mma play it cool you know I’m never gonna but you know like oh I want to play they would always like have
These like little inside jokes and like all this stuff I’m like um and I get the opportunity to play and you know they you know they say riddle is this you know kickass on this game and he he’s not playing this around but he’s like saying he’s going to coach
Me and and I’ve been coached okay like I I played Sports I’ve been coached by the guys that break the clipboard and and and grab you by the Jersey so I’m like all right like we’re going to buckle up but I still even knowing how he played I
Still was like okay chill out it felt it was a game but like okay like let’s just say it leads like right like even though it’s not investment in your business but it creates money versus like I picked up this stock card you can buy it for like
A dollar I’m thinking all right I got payday I’ll buy $1,000 like you know what I’m saying like I got paid for th000 I’m like I’ll drop a th out on on this and I’m thinking that that’s like doing it right and then he’s said oh no
No no we’re going to take out a loan I’m like a loan like you know we have to pay these bills for all like this is money and he’s like no take out a loan don’t worry it’s going to be cool like all of a sudden you get these payday right so
Imagine like in the alliance you know Monday Wednesday Friday you’re getting these payday but they take your bills out so all of a sudden we’re passing these paydays and it’s no more 4,000 it’s it I mean we’re barely above water and you we’re picking up these things
That say like um I was laughing cuz you know do DS or whatever I’m not the TV girl or the whatever but I do Branch for my friends uh now and again and so we were picking it up I was like oh well you know I do like my Sundays and like
And but the latte I want yall to understand like we were barely above water so in this business here I’m thinking I’m investing and then you get around a guy like R and he’s like why not why not throw it all at it like if you know it works
And and it’s been proven over and over then why not throw it all and in the game he’s thrown it all and in real life he’s throwing it all and like what he’s doing with Brian and I and and hopefully what we’re doing on this call is to show
You that you can do more maybe you don’t have to put everything he is and that’s I’m working on it I’m I’m trying to I’m trying to unclench my hands y’all but but it’s like his belief and his conviction and Andy Andy Albright and Jan’s and Jane Albright like their
Conviction and it’s they paved the way already with their Blood Sweat and Tears and they’re telling you if you do it it’ll work and so even if you believe half of it right so like we ended up almost going bankrupt to buy this like I
Think it was like $2 and first of all lates don’t cost $2 in real life um but we almost go bankrupt on this latte only to come out like that very next card like the very next point of that that hill we freaking came up big I don’t
Even remember how much money we had it was like 150,00 you we could start buying big deals now we could start investing somewhere else and and it was like damn to be in that that lowest point and to not pass out or throw up or quit or you can complain that’s fine but
You just can’t complain for long and and it’s just remind you that the fear is not real and and it it’s not real here either uh and it’s just reminding yourself that you have to play the same exact way and super intensely and and still with the same conviction and
Belief and it’s like I haven’t played it as much as them but it that immediate game had me think about how I hold money differently or what I consider investing versus what what you consider investing for sure and did you win that first time I sure did I would in that first one
Then he start he’s like he started playing and and I lost the next one but doesn’t matter okay like it just it proved to me that you can you can do it that way and the crazy thing with it Michelle is like when you think of that
First time when you played and the aspects of the emotions that you went through and the freaking out and like no no no no no and what you feel through it’s kind of like what you’re going through now it’s you’re building your business it’s like and it’s taking that
Money and knowing to invest it you’re we’re we’re investing it we’re not and we’re not getting the result right now and we’re investing investing investing it’s like why do I keep investing I was like the result is coming it’s just not there yet and that’s a lot of times where people get
Caught up I mean I remember when Andy challenged me when I wanted to start building this business and I after that I had that dinner with fits and I was coaching and I wanted to build residual income and they’re just like you’re going to have to commit for 120 days and
Doing this consistently for that 120 days before you you’re going to do it for 90 days and see no results that 90 days is when you’ll start seeing results and 120 days when you start seeing some income you know and that aspects of building that stuff up but when you
Start that that once it starts coming it starts coming and making that turn and making the things change as long as you stay consistent with with it and continue to do it and and the game teaches you that and it puts you through those emotions and and kind of like when
We’re sitting there playing the first time remember you just like flipping out like oh no no no no I can’t spend that much and it’s just like no put it in there put it in there it’s it’s coming out it’s coming out and it’s the same thing with this it’s like that residual
Income in your business like I know Michelle you’re not where you want to be but with the aspects of what you’re doing and building that residual income I just looked it up like right now like your residual part of your business not including your personal production of what you do is valued at
$250,000 like if you went on Shark Tank they’d be like my my company’s value is $250,000 so what you’ve put in so far is built an valuation of a business worth $250 Grand you know what I mean like you could turn around and say I could sell
My business to 250,000 and and you could you would have buyers you know now it’s like how many times can we multiply that how many times can we do that over and over again and it takes the same effort the same aspect of what we’re doing as
We’re creating that and and doing things because the things that you’ve invested in you have staff correct yes okay you you do run ads correct you do travel correct yes not even as much as I I should I’m I’m getting better at it right but you’re
Going to Houston like in a week right next week y you’re doing a boot camp in Houston um and you spend time outside of just your personal sales like you and Brian just did a boot camp by yourselves uh like a week or two ago right with
Your teams have pull them all together you’re investing in other people and the stuff that you do I know pretty much every Monday and Thursday there at your office you guys have your teams come in and dial together and you work with them I know last night we were talking to
Ashley on a zoom call to helping her with her GS3 and why we’re doing that you were working with another agent with his first dial sessions or one of his early Dial sessions so you’re investing in the aspects of building businesses now think back before we started doing
This it was Michelle dial Michelle run appointments Michelle check pending Michelle get paid Michelle and the aspects of what you’re doing and the way I’ve always looked at it is like how many apps do you like what’s your biggest app count for your personal production in a year would you say 300
300 clients oh I think yeah last year was like 280 280 and now that you have agents out there selling imagine what your app count is now and and now you’re helping people make money and helping do that that’s the residual aspect so you’re helping more families you’re helping more people
Great income and you’re creating and in return you’re getting a result of a residual income off of that and the aspects of doing it but the same thing it’s like you’re going through it and you’re like I can’t buy a latte I can’t buy brunch I can’t hang out with my
Friends it’s doing those things but then you’re creating more space that you can do those things right you know what I mean who who would have thought you have a business worth a quarter million dollars that’s my that’s yeah it’s crazy right you have a business worth a quarter of a million
And you’ve just started just started the process you know just started the process of doing residual income and building it and understanding of the investment aspects of it so same thing for you Brian kind of talk a little bit about when you started making that transition because I I always laugh at
Brian because he’s like we used to have a a thing where you do what 4040 which was uh write 40,000 a month and recruit 40 people and Brian’s like I got the T-shirt I was 40 40 I was like well you did the first 40 part what about the
Second you know so it’s like you got the T-shirt but where’s the second part coming from you know that I used to mess with him all the time on that stuff but it’s it it was true man you you would and he he wrote it he I mean heck he did
707070 three months in a row so it’s kind of that aspects of writing a bunch of business a bunch of Premium but making that transition Brian like you like kind of similar to Michelle you have staff you travel you run ads you know you’re spending time working with
People but moving that point to do that from being that one of the top salespeople inside the alliance to still be you still out there selling Michelle too he still out there doing sales stuff you’re still transitioning but you have a team talk about like what that
Experience was from you and if you want to relate it to cash flow if that if you want to you can yeah absolutely so like it’s um so you know talking about you you were talking about the book Rich Dad Poor Dad on and Wednesday on Wednesday
Say and one of the things about that book is that it taught us that it’s not how much money you you make it’s how much money you keep and and and the aspects of like what’s the difference between an employee and self-employed and and and having an actual business
You know and I thought the moment I started the alliance that I had a business like the fact that I was working for myself I didn’t realize that that definition actually meant that I was self-employed you know you know the understanding the difference between having an actual business that creates
Passive residual income without you having to be there and then being self-employed are two separate things and so my mind was all messed up because I’m thinking I have a business because I’m self-employed you know it just doesn’t work like that and understanding that first and
So one of the things is like while we’re playing the games I used to get so frustrated because I always always used to go bankrupt you know and I couldn’t understand why and it’s like understanding the the M how how to how to get money so you can make money
Work for you and in that book you know like it shows it shows you that like the what’s the word broke people right get the money and they turn money and they just put it into Doats you know what I’m saying they they grab the money and they
Pay their bills they grab the money and they go back to zero you know wealthy the wealthy they grab the money and they invested in assets and what I was doing is I was uh oh my god um so I was I was getting payday and but I was also pulling up a
Lot of do dats you know what I mean and so it’s funny because in the G like in real live you know you get paid 15 20,000 and then you go to the mall and you buy stuff that you really don’t need and you buy dumb things and then you’re
Back down to zero I remember the first time I hit 20,000 I was so fired up crystaline we went to the mall out here at the outlets at Wesley shop we bought like5 $110,000 worth of stuff like new jeans cuz I needed new jeans my jeans were already messed up I needed shoes
And and because I bought shoes and jeans and shirts well I needed to smell good too so I bought some cologne and and then obviously I needed to reward myself for hdden 20,000 so I bought some some some crap to go to go to for for vacation homes right because I wanted to
Reward myself for hitting 20,000 my first you know first time around before I knew it I was broke I didn’t have money for leads I didn’t have money to create more money and I was embarrassed to talk to Mike and I talk to you about it so you know what I
Did I isolated I stopped taking your calls and it’s funny because when I look at that and when you first started like teaching us how to play this game and started preaching you know um cash the cash flow game I was doing the same exact thing on that game that I was
Doing in real life and it freaked me out every time I would go broke and bankrupt on that game and I just had to sit there like a sad puppy watching y’all play and it’s like this ain’t no fun but that’s how life was for me cuz I didn’t understand how
To create how to make that money work so then through that game I started understanding hey I got to make money and when I make money let’s not waste it all let’s not spend it all let’s not eat it all let’s like not do dumb [ __ ] with
It okay so what um what we started doing it started grabbing a lot of money and how about this started taking some coaching you know started started making wise your decisions not through my understanding but through somebody’s understanding that knows how to play the game in this case was Andy riddle right
So like your life starts changing the moment you start taking coaching do not lean in your own understanding remember what the good word says your heart is deceitful there is Victory and the multitude of mentorship okay and for me my like your life is made up of your
Choices and the only reason why my life is a little better now is because a lot of my choices I’m running through Andy riddle now let’s talk about choices I learned a lot from Andy riddle before you go into that real quick boy no I just I was drawing something and
You talked about it so I was just going to show it so what you’re talking about is like this is like when you’re a salesperson or employee this is down here like you you you go work your 40 hours they pay you you settle up and go
Down to zero again you keep doing that and you when you look at that way that Brian was talking about how he made money there’s no way to get rich because you’re always going back to zero you’re always settling up you’re always going up getting paid you’re just you’re going
To run out of time before you get rich you know what I mean and the problem is when you’re trained like this and in in an environment like that you’re doing the things like Brian was doing where he was going to reward himself buying all the clothes buying the Clones all that
Kind of stuff you’re in that that thing that R race when you start investing in building a business and building residual income your income looks more like this so the first year goes up a little bit and then you’re there but year two you’ve already created that residual income like the cool thing
Michelle is like where I said your business is worth 250,000 right now when you start today building for next year you’re already starting at 250,000 so the next year if it’s worth half a million or a million then after that you’re building again and again so you’re building your business there
That’s how you create wealth in the aspects of what you’re doing and that’s why you want to do so there’s two reasons you want to you want to invest your your stuff instead of in stuff so Brian like what you were saying is like buying stuff or buying cars or buying
Clothes and all those things one is you’re not creating a residual income with that income that money coming in yeah so that’s one bad thing the second thing is you’re taxed on every dollar that you spent yep so not not only you taxed on the income you’re taxed on what
You purchased yeah if you take that money and invest it into something into business aspects you’re not taxed on it it’s a tax write off right 100% so that it’s like you’re you’re the money goes so much further you go so much further I’m not going to get into all tax stuff
But I’m just saying it’s it’s better creates babies who knew that money can create babies who knew that money can create more money you know so go back to your things startor interrupt talking about I got look at my notes so it’s like a lot of a lot of the decisions
Where I’ve gone broke is because I didn’t consult with you I didn’t consult with the person here here’s the thing I was pulling up something because my grandma like I was a very rebellious child growing up and the only way my grandmother contain me was by reading
Okay and the the book that she made me read was the Book of Proverbs but I remember something and I I would encourage like I don’t like just look up the Proverbs Chapter 1 just the first six verses of that chapter just look it
Up okay but one of the things is that I that I was reading here says it Proverbs is for un understanding the Proverbs and Parables sayings and riddles of the wise you know what I’m saying and so in that book like you’ll listen like for people
That don’t know how to play the game get around other people that do know how to play the game and by you just copying and taking some mentorship you’re automatically playing the game different which means you’ll create a different outcome which means that you’ll have a
Better lifestyle and and so like one of the things that you’ve parked one of the things you’ve parked on Michelle and I is like a lot of the stuff Brian and Michelle you guys know what to do okay it’s when you make that decision that you think was right and is actually a
Wrong decision where like in the game of cash flow like if you’re out like it’s a dad it cost you money you know and even when you’re outside of the rat race right um You you got things like tax audits that will like will bring your money down you know even though you’re
Making it up but it’s like bro you know that’s preventable right like like here I wrote something down like before you make a decision Financial relationships or my business as little as sending a text to someone seek guidance that one time you send the wrong text message can
Cost you so much money and how many times have I done that and like a lot of the times the way you talk to us a lot of people would not take like they cannot take that but I’m grateful that you talk to us like that because bro
It’s it’s that it’s that one time that you stab me with that one inch knife you know what I’m saying you stab me with a one inch knife it’s not it’s not going to kill me but you stabed me with that 1 in knife 300 times and I’m dropping de
Yeah you know and it’s like a lot of times while we’re not prospering or creating that residual income is we’re making a lot of choices we don’t even know what type of choices we’re making we don’t even know if it’s good or bad and you’re not taking coaching or
Mentorship and you don’t even know that you’re doing it wrong but because you’re not taking in that mentorship that coaching you’re screwing yourself in the process and then you wonder why your business can’t be lifted and and for me that was my situation it’s not like I
Did not build in the beginning I just would build and I would lose everybody because of the dumb [ __ ] I was doing you know yeah it’s one of the things I remember telling you it’s like um it was probably because I got frustrated but it was just like I was
Just like hey man how about this every decision you make in a day run it by me before you do it yeah and I was like and it’s not because I think you make bad decisions on life I just think that one bad decision is usually pretty big so
You’ll make like 10 good ones and then that one just take wipes out is like -12 yeah you know and now we’re backwards and it’s like just run like a lot of times you run stuff by me and I’m like yeah sounds cool good good to go like
And then it’s that one I’m like who don’t do that you know like that one decision I made yesterday of shooting that text message to that one person before I consulted with you and then you brought it up like 30 seconds after and Michelle and I were like laughing about
It but or or I used to think that the investment part in building the business was just like buying people leads that’s what I thought I thought I thought I thought okay I’m GNA invest in my business I’m going to buy even though leads were’t investment in my business I
Was like this is me investing and and it was it’s just kind of amazing that it was never it was never the leads it didn’t matter how much you spent or how little you spent it was never about that like nothing was going to happen until you had a a relationship where you
Figured out what they want until you goal set it properly and I’m thinking leads leads leads and it just like it’s just crazy um the other ways that you can invest first and with leads um that will actually make a difference um for somebody yeah it’s it’s it’s it and it
Comes a fun process because it’s so much of the businesses I mean for me in the time that I’ve been doing it is is just the relationships like getting to hang out with you guys becoming friends with you guys and and really just getting tight like Michelle says I worked her
Over like but I mean I did but I wanted to like I wanted a relationship it’s not a fake relationship that I we have like we really like hanging out we like doing stuff together but um it is the aspects of of focusing on that you know building that relationship being comfortable to
Do it um setting stuff aside to help people get better because once you have that relationship people drop their barriers you know and once they drop the barriers then you can go to work and really help them you know if they if if Michelle just felt like I was trying to
Transactor all the time to make money it’s a tough battle that that I’m probably going to lose um in the aspects that I I I truly wanted to build a friendship and that’s what I want I want to build friendships like I want to be in business with people I like you know
What I mean I want to go on the cruise or when we go to um Cancun next year I mean uh Cabo next year um I want to go with people I like you know what I mean not people I don’t like so it’s like but and I want to have
Those relationships and hang out with people I like and and doing the things that I want to do and and it’s those relationships is where the value is at and the more relationships you have and the tighter you can build those relationships the the better and more
Valuable your business is so even though like Michelle your business worth a quarter million dollars Brian’s worth like half a million dollars like the get those those values up is not only the relationships that we build together but how we build relationships with the people on your team and the tighter
Those relationships is that’s where the value of your business goes up and the better you get it helping people and that’s the thing I love when Andy came up with the GS3 because it helps teach people how to goal set you know even like when we did I mean Michelle and I
Have done a lot with people on her team a bunch of times and Michelle how many times do you hear when we start to goal set and they’re like I just want to make a lot of money or I just want this or I just want that and it’s not really a
Thing you know what I mean it’s like okay what is that look like or what is this or what and you really get into helping someone look it’s shocking to me be now that I’ve done it for 17 years but if I think back to the 17 years ago
I remember my um my my first my first meeting I went to there was two people in the room me and this crazy lady from Georgia and um the guy showing the plan actually was interactive cuz there’s only two of us there and it was like and
He’s like what are your guys’ dreams and he went with her first and my goal plan was to go off of whatever she said and like one up it cuz I didn’t have a goal I didn’t have a dream or goal I never really thought of like a true dream now
She gave the craziest dream in the world and there was I was not one uping it um not because I couldn’t I didn’t want to it was nuts um but um it it kind of in my thought is was I couldn’t dream either and so many people out there
Don’t they they want stuff but they don’t really know what it looks like they don’t really touch it you know like Michelle me and Michelle had like sent pictures back and forth and and I do think Michelle knows how to dream now but taking her to that Ritz Carlton
Residence made her touch it made her see it made her see the what the view looks like made her you know the whole environment looks like touch the kitchen see what that’s like see they had the bathrooms already built the kitchen’s already built she got to touch all of it
And getting that aspect of even like yesterday with Ashley just defining what she wanted to do you know what I mean it’s like I want to be out of my job okay what’s that look like let’s define that let’s what’s that going to take what’s that going to do helping people
Do that but I had to get to know her first like if she didn’t like me and trust me she wouldn’t have opened up with that stuff so you got to get good at the getting to know communicating and the more we build a relationship with
Ashley and the tighter we we get with her the more more volume more more premium more money and the better relationship we have so it’s got to you got to start your business with the aspects of how are you building relationships with people are you
Looking at them as a paycheck or are you looking at them as someone you want to be friends with you know what I mean and and it’s building that friendship first when you build that friendship first the the the value of the everything goes up if you go in just thinking you’re going
To you’re trying to get an override off them or just build that you will get it for a short period of time but it they won’t last it’s not going to last in there the second thing is um when you goal set is to help people develop what
That is so you get to know them the goal setting part develop what it is develop like what we have to do a lot of times and I still do it with Brian and Michelle it’s Contin like like the rich Carlton residence that we went to see
Wasn’t the first goal that we ever had set you know what I mean I I mean remember the first goal was probably getting you out of your job doing this full-time the second goal was starting to do different things and then we continued to goal set but helping people
Do that and develop what that looks like um and then it’s like how do you serve them how do you how am I going to help you once we come up with that goal like last night with Ashley it’s like how are like from that how are we helping her um
Hers was a 60-day goal how are we helping her over the next 60 days because if she doesn’t hit that in the next 60 days that’s more mine and your fault than it is hers yeah and if we take the ownership of it like that she
Will too and then we can go after it and when you take the goal setting aspects of the GS3 it creates that momentum okay now a lot of hers wasn’t residual income for her cuz we’re trying to get her out of a job we’re trying to we’re that’s
The stock card we’re trying to get her printing cash printing money to do what we want to do once we get her out of that situation where she can print cash now we start working on the investment part now we didn’t tell her not to
Recruit you know what I mean we did not tell her to do that we we worked with her on that to start doing it day one but she just the investment early on was going to be in leads into going out there and printing it and how trust me
We talk to her about how to get numbers from waiters and waitresses how to how to cold Market her friends differently that to work with us how we can help her build a team that way going through the things that we do and then how we’re
Going to invest in helping um them grow from there traveling with them ride alongs with them doing the things that we have to do and it’s all a process guys as as you do it and it’s like um I don’t know if it came through on today’s
Call it might have but this how tight me Brian and M me Brian and Michelle have become you know I mean and just to think um heck Michelle’s been in the business four years four years ago we didn’t even know each other you know what I mean we
Didn’t even physically but now it’s like she was at my wedding I was at her wedding Brian was in my wedding so it’s like the the stuff that we the relation and they’re real and the better you get at building real relationships with people the bigger and better your team’s
Going to be the big and and the more you can push them so like the things I say to Brian and Michelle I know I can say to them because I have relationship with them you know what I mean so don’t say the stuff I say to Brian and Michelle
And be like to your brand new guy and be like that didn’t work you I was like you know we we’ve built relationships we’ve spent time together we’ve become friends you know we we I I I know I can speak for myself I trust them so I like when I
Say something I know it’s it’s saying it to a friend I can trust that it’s going there and um and I trust that they’ll tell me when I when they’re mad at me you know what I mean um well Michelle doesn’t I have to see the tears coming
And okay you know what though I will say this like what I have realized um they had said this thing a while ago it’s like it’s really not like how you’re with them and building relationships when they’re up like that’s easy but like if you could be there for them in
The beginning like if you if you could be with every agent on their first dial session if you could be with them um when they first running appointments if you just be there when it’s about when you know it’s going to be a little bit challenging it’s what a crazy difference
And like I think it’s yeah we’re cool when we’re up but when you’re with me when I’m down it just it locks me in you know like I’ll run through walls and it’s like I just I want that um I want that with my team too you know yeah it’s
So easy in life and this is where people get a lot of I don’t know if it’s culture or what it is but people are like I just don’t feel like doing it right now or I don’t that feel like stuff you know what I mean everyone’s
Good when they feel good you know what I mean everyone’s good when they feel good it’s what you do when you feel bad and that’s what separates you from everything else and and and as a leader and as you build a team if they’re if your team’s having a bad day and you’re
Nowhere to be find you’re not building loyalty you’re not building trust it’s like when everyone’s running out of their life running away like ah bad stuff happened you got to be the one running in it’s almost like you’re the fireman you’re running into that fire everyone’s running out you’re the one
Running into that fire and that’s where you build the tightness and the better you get at helping people get better and get through stuff the better your business is going to be the more valuable business going to be more residual income you’re going to create because you’re building that loyalty
You’re building that stuff and I just can’t say how many times in the 17 years Andy and Jane have been those people for me that come running into my life so in return my payback for all the stuff they did to me is I mean I I sent him cards I
Send him Christmas gifts every time he does something for me I want to do something back that’s not payment back payment back like what you said earlier Michelle is growth um and and my ultimate growth is so our organization talked about committed to dominating so everyone that’s not on our team we’re
Committed to dominating you but that is our ultimate um thing back to Andy and Jane it’s not against you guys it’s just we’re committed to setting a bar a standard higher than the alliance has ever seen and that’s where we want to go that’s how we’re paying them back for
Everything they’ve done for us and um I mean you guys are willing to challenge us I know some of you guys just like competing against ourselves and you’re going to have a tough time beating us um but good luck keeping up but we’re going to dominate we’re going to we’re
Committed to dominating because we’re committed to pay Andy and Jane back for everything they’ve done all the things that they’ve gone through to get us this opportunity the ability to go out there and do that we’re committed to dominating and setting that standard to a level um that we’re going to raise
