Or rice yeah and then these came with the garlic noodle it’s sort of different from other restaurants you see the garlic noodle look at that and their famous um green sauce all right let’s try it out okay so we’re just going to share this sharing is caring I’m going

To take some beef right here what wasn’t that good mhm M yeah oh man I got I got pair with some of this garlic noodle mhm I definitely can taste a high quality the beef it’s just soft and tender and juicy and they did not overcook just perfectly cooked yeah so go ahead and try the garlic noodles

It’s really buttery huh mhm yeah these garlic noodles are thin but dense and it’s really buttery it looks like there’s like some Parmesan salt on it or something like that but we really excited to try these fries that’s the key to a good LMO salato the fries is so good crunchy

Mhm so I’ll tell you where like the fusion comes in with this Lomo salato so these fries to be honest we had it sitting here for a while and it’s still crunchy it must be like doubled or triple fried or something and that’s what makes a good L Salado you can’t

Have the fries be you know soggy in the sauce cuz there’s some sauce on the beef with the l I say the garlic noodle is kind of like a Asian Twist cuz L usually with you know some rice and um just a beef but like desire said the beef is

Really soft I think it’s the way they cook it it’s very tender and I like the the sauce on the SLO I think that’s also we got this uh wagu BME desire made for us let’s try this out my first time having a wagu b she hooked up excited m W that’s surprising so much herbs and flavors oh so I got the grilled onions very aromatic there’s some pepper in here oh that’s why cuz this is the pepper one right the pepper sauce yeah no wonder it was like very herbaceous like I can smell the peppers coming out
