Depends on the genetic even a normal body type in America might be considered fat in Japan that’s right it’s a natural feeling… It seems to be a like a pattern I realize that the base is different

But me personally in order to not gain weight I go to gym I also run walking the dogs sorry I forgot your name again Yuki how about you do you also exercise? not really recently because I am working remotely.. so I feel I’m gaining weight and that…so I’m thinking about doing something

How about you? I don’t do just walking the dogs today also about one hour to work until here I think 1 hour walking everyday would be great but I feel exercise is more intense like jogging or running I go to gym ,I run , also I do some weight training

I am not really controlling my diet but my belly is getting out but it doesn’t look like it cool…now you’re drinking what how often do you drink alcohol? really? alcohol is also High calories yes High calories I wonder how much calorie has but whiskey is low calorie low calorie There is no sugar

While traveling abroad as much as you need not much chance for speaking how to say because we learn based on text book writing and reading I make another drink also translating written language when is necessary can not speak when is necessary we use translations tools and email or..

So speaking is the only problem communication is difficult how to convey your opinion not understanding the Words so I can understand the meaning while listening but I cannot reply that is the problem but while traveling abroad somehow we can communicate with some easy words so do you travel abroad so often?

Yes but not recently yeah because of Coronavirus that’s sad which country have you been before? two places we went together ,Australia Europe…Netherlands …Belgium France England Italy great so while traveling you use English? only while traveling we use some English I don’t use English much because you don’t go abroad.

And now the cute Shiba Inu is making love with my arm hahaha and again haha it seemed he enjoys it he does this only one he loves someone so cute his name is yukichi cute okay thank you very much I really enjoyed thank you too
