This is nothing like what it was 3-4 years ago. Nothing. It was more of a street party then, people were drinking and interacting more. That is gone now. The cops just keep wanting you to move on. The convenience stores do not sell alcohol in Shibuya around Halloween as they have been asked not to. For us living here for years, this is not "halloween".

There are more police present at the japanese parade, this is how it should have been in Seoul korea with police patrolling and guiding people through the street ways.

What I think as a Japanese
Halloween in Shibuya is based on sexual desire, where young men and women appeal to each other and show off by wearing extreme costumes.
It's a very stupid event being held by Buddhist Japanese people who aren't Christians.
They scatter garbage after the event and cause trouble to the area.
