If this turns out to be true it will be an absolute unstoppable shit storm that will threaten the entire EN branch. This Doki drama they instigated is already bad enough, but to lose / fire 3 more people on top of it, AND the people who have already graduated? How toxic will they look that they are shedding people left and right? Hard to defend a company that is shedding 6+ people within 2 or 3 months. From the JP side, even if they don’t speak english they will have to question why so many english people are getting out or being fired.

If this is true, my tinfoil hat theory is that the terminations are Enna and Millie … the excuse will be because they didn’t volunteer for the video and own up, and this is part of the reason Nijisanji decided to name drop them in the video without any further explanation. The sentiment against the two is very low, and Nijisanji could try to redirect the heat to them, say that they’ve terminated the “troublemakers”, and they’ll be better in the future. At the same time, this will re-establish that Nijisanji can in fact successfully slander their talents after failing to do so with Selen.
