This time we chat with 4th generation owner Nishino Yukiko to find out about her personal journey, the difficulties of running a family business, how she has started to make changes to this landmark downtown hotel.

魚市場ツアーというのをやっていてこれが 2011年からやっているんですけれども ホテルの ローカルのホテルの仲間と一緒に始めた ツアーですそこをの中の競り場であったり とか 魚を見たりとかそういう説明をしながらの ツアーなんですけれども普通見られない 世界をやっぱりこう朝の6時30分集合で だいたい7時間始まっての1時間のツアー で終わりはあの魚市場でご飯を食べて帰る 途中からやっぱり海外の方が結構多かった ので市場に行くと市場の人たちの方が今日 はどこの国の人たちが来てるのとかすごく 皆さんすごく話しかけてくれるようになっ たのがすごく 印象的ででその参加する人たちもすごく みんな 鹿児島のイメージがすごくよくなる フレンドリーだしお魚もそこで食べられ たりとかしたのですごく 喜んでます
