Hello hello and welcome to another Vlog my name is Neco and it’s day seven of my 3we Japan trip today we visit another city in kushu which is nagazaki we woke up pretty early to arrive in Nagasaki around 9:00 p.m. because as on the other days we had a very tight
Schedule on the day and we couldn’t stay in nagazaki for a whole day I think we woke up around 6:00 a.m. so we were pretty tired and sleepy the first train was a bit older and before we entered it I got myself some onigiri as always this
Time it was a tuna Mayo one it’s also one of my favorites which is funny because I usually don’t really like tuna but I don’t know I really like it and I always got it when I studied in Japan I also think we didn’t have anything else
On that day like until night time so yeah the view was very pretty again and we drove past Saga balloon festival it looked so nice I really regretted that I didn’t knew about this and that I missed it I hope I can go there one day after around 2 hours we arrived at
Nagazaki station and even though the station looked really nice our first impression was a bit underwhelming we decided to walk to nagazaki Seaside Park and after a 20-minute walk we arrived there just to notice that all of the stores were still closed most stores open at 10: or even 11:00 p.m. in Japan
So we searched for a cafe in Google and found hayama coffee on our way to the next Destination and after some iced coffee and a little break even though we didn’t do anything exhausting yet we were ready to go to our next destination it was another really warm November day and we arrived at this really cute spot I saw a sign that said picture book
Museum and I knew I had to go there I love books even though it was more of like a bookstore with famous Japanese and International Children’s Books it also had an exhibition on the Upper Floor but you had to pay to enter and I skipped it for time reasons I saw so
Many books that I enjoyed as a kid so I really love this place is there anything that reminds you of your childhood as well I really love book stor so I still like going in there and you also have to take off your shoes before you enter
Which is quite unusual for someone who’s from Europe but it also kind of felt like coming home also I love those books as a kid Ura cathedral was nearby as well but be only took a few pictures and decided to skip entering it as we have
Churches in Germany as well and you have to pay to enter instead we headed to Glover Garden Glover Garden is a historical Park in nagazaki named after Scottish Merchant Thomas Glover it showcases western style residences including Glover’s former residence highlighting the Western influence during Japan’s modernization yeah I know
We skipped the church but visited Western houses instead but the gardens offer a beautiful view of nagazaki Harbor from its elevated location and we enjoyed exploring the beautiful houses the entrance to the Garden is 620 Yen and you spend around 1 to 2 hours here nakazaki has a long and fascinating
History as one of the few Japanese ports open to foreign trades during Japan’s time of isolation the city played a crucial role in Japan’s early interaction with Western culture and you can clearly see it in this place and learn a lot about the history of those
Times but it was also unusual to see those kind of Interiors in houses in the middle of Japan here I am pretending that I live here because as a millennial I can only dream of ever owning a house so let me just be the Lulu for a few minutes another interesting thing is
That you can rent western style dresses from this period and wear them to the Garden to take some nice Pictures one thing to know is that some of the information that you can find in the garden are not translated into English so it’s hard to access some part of the information we also skipped the atomic bomb Museum as we already went to the museum in Hiroshima just a few days
Ago we skipped it here I still really want to visit it whenever I will return to nagazaki but I will let you enjoy some of our Impressions that we had in Glover Garden In the end we also visited the Nagasaki traditional Performing Arts Center they showcased some of the floats used for Nagasaki Kuni an Autumn Festival that has been celebrated for about 400 years and includes different aspects of Chinese and Dutch cultures which have played a role in the city’s history as
We still had plenty of time in Nagasaki we had head to the other side of the city to the penguin aquarium I really love penguins and the thought of visiting them made me so excited and happy I guess that might be an unusual nagazaki activity but yeah after 45
Minutes in different buses and Kevin getting pooped on by a bird we arrived at the aquarium and got our ticket I was so happy that it was cold in the building as it was a really warm day they show you some other sea creatures first before you get to the main
Attraction which was really great for me because I really enjoyed it and I had such an amazing in time look at all of those Cuties then we finally saw the Penguins and they had so many different types I feel like they could use more space for the subantarctic Penguins though as they
Had so many and it was kind of crowded they also had a little diving area where you could observe what they were doing underwater as well which I really liked also in general I feel like the aquarium is a bit outdated in a way and it could
Need some renovation from the inside but I also don’t want to complain too much as that mission fee was only $5 520 Yen and they had a really special thing happening here which I will show you in a second which made coming here totally worth it also I feel like the outside
Areas were much bigger and the Penguins there were smaller so they had more space and also some room for walking and swimming suddenly I noticed that one area got crowded so we went there to see what’s going on and the cutest thing happened the staff went on a walk with
The Penguins it was so adorable to see them walking back to the little area and the aquarium lets them take a bath and some play time in the sea which is right next to the building this made our whole tour here so worth it and I am glad that
They have some time in the sea as well after this it was time to leave Nagasaki as we had a really cool plan for afterwards we wanted to visit the team lab’s exhibition a forest where gods live and it was the last day of this event which was held at munyama and
Mountain close to Teo ansen when I saw this event I was so happy that it was during our time in Japan cuz I was so amazed by all of the pictures that I saw on the team lab’s website I changed our whole itinerary to make sure that we go
There and we got the tickets on cluke for around $10 I would definitely recommend to check out if other cities that you visit have a team left exhibition as well as the one in Tokyo can get quite crowded and other cities offer really cool team Labs exhibitions
As well we took the shinkansen and after 30 minutes we arrived at the train station it was a really quiet and small one and we had to wait for the bus when it came it took another 20 minutes to bring us to our destination but it was
Not the right entrance so we had to walk for 10 more minutes but the view was nice so we didn’t mind the Quee to the event was so long but because we got our tickets in advance we could just skip the line and enter it directly so we
Were very lucky also this event starts in the afternoon so it was a perfect combination with our day trip to Nagasaki as it was on the way back this was one of the best team laps exhibitions I’ve ever been to I mean I’ve only been to like 3 so far but
Still during sunset everything already looked so magical and this is where we came so early as I wanted to see everything before and after Sunset I thought it would be very crowded because it was the last day of this event but we could actually take our time for photos without having many people in the background I really love those pillars in the middle of an abandoned onson building and those lanterns they had in the Tokyo
Exhibition as well in Tokyo they rushed you to take pictures in a few minutes but here we could stay as long as we wanted and I really loved that because I felt like I didn’t have any time while we were in the one in Tokyo some of the
Rooms like this one are still at the location so if you’re in the area make sure to go there they also had an interactive tea house where flowers grew from your teacup as soon as you took a sip the whole vibe in this place was so mysterious as you didn’t see the person
Who brought you the tea and nobody else was in the building building when we visited I’m not even lying if I tell you that this exhibition is one of my favorite things that we did during our time in Japan I didn’t think I would enjoy this room as much as I did as I skipped it in the beginning but it made me feel like a child again as stepping on the lizards make them burst into colors but that sounds so violent I’m glad that they are
Not real lizards but but I had so much fun here as you can see we walked back to the train station afterwards which took us 30 minutes and a complaining little me but when we arrived in Hakata again we got some delicious food from Yoshinoya we got
This me like three or four times during our stay and sorry for the lack of recordings at the end but I hope you enjoyed this Vlog again and see you next week feel free to follow me or leave a like I would really appreciate it

So pretty! I love how relaxing your vlog is and the editing is really nice 😊
Sooo cute!! This series has been so great to watch 😀
Amazing – you were able to do so much on a day trip to Nagasaki + Team Labs. Glover Garden looks much busier when you visited compared to when I visited back in September.
yay, another video in the series! i absolutely love the map scenes, so good to get an idea of where you are
Loved the vlog! Might add Nagasaki to my next trip 🙂
Glover Gardens where beautiful but the penguins won my heart 💕💕 the teamLab exhibition is just so precious omg, I'm so happy you could take your time to take pictures, it really has a magical vibe. I'm enjoying this vlogs series so much. I feel like you explored so many cool places 😍
