APA Villa Hotel (Sendai Itsutsubashi), Japan is very close to Sendai station, about 10 minutes by walk. Good priced and very clean. It is close to railway track but quiet. You can request to give room on the opposite side. There is a restaurant at 2nd level and the room rate includes breakfast.
