Hello YouTube. Today, we’re still in Sapporo, Hokkaido. In our last video, we strolled through the tourist areas. But today, I want to show you around Sapporo’s residential area. But surprisingly, it’s just a few blocks away from where we started in the last video.

However, the thick layer of piled-up snow makes it feel like we’ve traveled much farther. Today we’re starting at this really popular ramen restaurant and then exploring its surroundings. The snow was seriously piling up, and I even fell during the walk, but don’t worry, I managed to keep the camera safe.

Alright, please enjoy this video from the comfort of your warm room. Let’s get started.

  1. I don't know how cold is that (cause i've never seen snow in person) but watching snow and play with it is one of every tropical person bucket list. I went to japan in autumn last year, and i hope i can go there again in winter to see snow.

  2. Where I live there is also snow everywhere at the moment. It is very cold but thankfully not as cold as Sapporo.🥶 Is it just me or is the crunching sound of snow when you step on it really satisfying to listen to?😆 I really enjoyed this video and I hope you were okay after you fell. 🤕

  3. Hope nothing happened to you and you didn't get hurt Yoshi, that's more important than the camera, you can replace the camera but not you

  4. Be safe, my friend! I hope you are doing well, no pain! Thank you for sharing the snowy landscape, it is always wonderful to see the white carpet of snow , although slipper, you may buy the new gadget that you put on your shoes to keep you safe from slippery roads. Take care, Yoshi!

  5. It‘s good to hear that you take the mistake with such humor other wouldn‘t have published the Video. 👍

  6. My wife and I were there on Jan 1 and snow came down hard that night, exactly what we'd hoped for, so spectacular and romantic. Susukino, Pole Town and underground walkway were packed with people. We also had the ramen last year and were not impressed.

  7. I figured the roads and sidewalks would be slippery during this season, but at least you didn't get hurt from that fall. Hopefully, the boots I ordered will provide more than enough grip when I visit Sapporo next month.
