It’s a cafe called “THE LIFE Hostel & Bar Lounge” and also has a hotel attached. I’m planning to go to Fukuoka Airport this evening and take a flight back to Tokyo… I’m planning on eating a variety of Fukuoka gourmet food until my flight time♪ Okay, now that we’re done, let’s go have lunch!

Finish your work and head out. I left my luggage after work, so I feel lighter both physically and mentally♪ So, I came to Kawataro Nakasu Main Branch, where you can eat squid from Yobuko.

Founded in 1961, it was the first restaurant in Japan to set up a fish tank, and I’ve always wanted to come here. This is because I previously went to the branch in front of Hakata Station, but the squid was not available so I couldn’t eat it… Now I can finally eat it♪

And beyond the seat I was guided to… There is a large fish tank in front of you. This is amazing! Countless squids are swimming around. You can also see the kitchen in the back. I wonder how much it would cost if I bought this whole fish tank lol.

While looking at the fish tank, I waited for the squid sashimi set meal I ordered (2,800 yen). And then the sashimi I wanted to eat appeared. I’ve been waiting! It’s transparent and beautiful. The bamboo leaves at the bottom can be seen through. Of course it looks fresh♪

The squid is served with salt, lemon, and soy sauce. There’s also lemon and wasabi. In Japan, squid from Yobuko and Hakodate are especially famous. First, add salt. Wow, it’s delicious. The chewy and elastic texture is the best♪ It’s sweet and melts in your mouth… Happiness…I want to chew it in my mouth forever.

Even if I ate all this and went back to Tokyo, I would still be satisfied… The freshly caught squid that was swimming just a moment ago tastes the best. I can’t stop using chopsticks. The lemon is also refreshing and refreshing, and goes perfectly with the squid♪ The

Richness of the soy sauce makes the squid even more delicious. You can enjoy plenty of different flavors♪ We also have pickled squid and mozuku vinegar. I’ll have it with you too. This is how I first slowly taste the squid sashimi.

Squid legs etc. can be made into tempura or grilled with salt. This time I chose tempura. And then the next dish came♪ Savory egg custard. This is squid shumai. There is also rice and miso soup. Squid tempura also came. Tempura with sesame salt and tempura sauce. Then, enjoy it while it’s freshly fried.

It’s crispy and delicious. Eating rice makes me even happier♪ Eating it with sesame salt brings out the sweetness of the squid. Miso soup is also delicious… I also like to eat it with tempura sauce. There is quite a lot of tempura. It looks like the rice will run out first.

Next is squid shumai. This also has plenty of squid carved with a unique visual. Oh, this is so packed. The texture is crunchy, moist, and interesting.The chawanmushi is also creamy and delicious.On the last day of my business trip to Fukuoka, I was able to enjoy an exceptionally delicious dish.

By the way, I plan to go to Hakodate and eat squid on another occasion. Being able to taste both Yobuko and Hakodate squid is the ultimate luxury. Dessert also comes at the end. I think he said panna cotta, but it’s not pudding, right?

It’s hard to tell the difference between pudding and panna cotta lol. Delicious♪ It was okay, it was panna cotta. Cool and refreshing. Anyway, the last time I came here and couldn’t eat was about a year and a half ago. I was able to eat the Yobuko squid that I had always wanted.
