小布施の老舗栗菓子店のひとつ桜井甘精堂の食事処　　「泉石亭」での食事動画です
お食事処から窓越しに見える日本庭園はオープンガーデンになっていますのでどなたでも自由に散策できる庭園で奥にある「小さな栗の美術館」を自由に見学もできます
お蕎麦は手打ち腰のある蕎麦で喉越しがよく
天ぷらはサクサクの食感が蕎麦に大変合いました

This is a video of a meal at “Izumi Seki-tei”, the restaurant of Sakurai Kanseido, one of Obuse’s long-established chestnut confectionery shops.
The Japanese garden that can be seen through the window from the restaurant is an open garden, so anyone can freely stroll through the garden, and you can also freely tour the “Little Chestnut Art Museum” in the back.
The soba is handmade and has a chewy texture that goes down easily.
The crispy texture of the tempura went well with the soba noodles.

    大きな窓から豊かな緑が広がっていて、まず目からご馳走をいただきました✨私は三食ざる蕎麦も平気なレベルでざる蕎麦好きなので、朝からこんな美味しそうな画を拝見してしまい、お蕎麦食べたい欲求をこらえるのに必死になりながらコメントをしております💦💞
    天ざるもしめの蕎麦湯も最高ですね(≧▽≦)
