I present to you, my beautiful city of Kobe! Well known for the ”Kobe Beef”, but definitely has a lot more to offer. In this video, you will find all my favorite and recommended places in Kobe. Kobe is the capital city of hyogo prefecture in the Kanai region of Japan with over 1.5 million people Kobe is the seventh largest city of Japan and the third largest port city after Tokyo and Yokohama Kobe is very well known for the beef I mean no questions asked right but
Take a look beyond the meat and see what Kobe has to offer Head West and visit Suma the place where the mountain meets the sea if you’re a fan of the mountains climbing or hiking you’ll definitely like Suma Alps or um no a short hiking course through a Scenic Rocky section
Definitely a challenge for beginners and Avid hikers alike but you’ll definitely enjoy the view once you get at the Top If water is more of your element visit Summa Beach a 1.5 km stretch of white sand just outside Suma station there are a lot of shops around and many people do
Actually swim here during the summer but during winter you can just walk around and enjoy the view go to the center of the city to visit Shu award where you will find the famous nunobiki herb garden you can hop on the nunobiki ropeway going up to the mountain to see
A panoramic view of Kobe even the beautiful nunobiki Falls once you reach the top you can explore Japan’s biggest herb garden with over 75,000 herbs and beautiful flowers and a short ride outside the city near Mount roko you can visit the onen town arima with over a history of 1,000 years
Arima is one of the oldest hot spring towns of Japan you can enjoy bathing in the natural Onsen Waters and visit shrines and temples around the area as a bonus you can also get to know the history and the Art of the gayos Kobe is my city it is where I began a
