Good morning everyone welcome to my channel um for this holiday I’m in uh Los Angeles California and um this place um that we are trying for breakfast is a very popular Japanese fluffy pancake place called Grand yeah it’s highly recommended from the local so I’m going

To give it a try um so if you want to know more about uh what we are going to eat in La for this trip stick around till the end um we are going to have a awesome Feast this Evening so today is boxing day when we came here there was already a little bit of line and this place is super popular um so I just got this hoi Chate wow it’s um perfect balance of sweet and tea that’s yummy I can tell you how excited I am

Look at this pancake and this is the chocolate hazut oh let’s cut it out oh let’s give it a try wow this is very very good is super fluffy and the hazelnut glazing or the sauce is the right consistency and it also have a Ferrero this one I’ve never tried before

And it’s the Taro with Sago look at all the Taro and the Sago on top let’s give it a try and there’s a little bit of vanilla ice cream so I’ll get some Taro some Taro oh my God the towo flavor is so so authentic and strong M this is the best thing

Ever looks like everything is just getting better this is the mango pomelo Su pancake so let me get some Mallo pancake and the sauce oh my God if you have watched my previous video I talk about the Sago mango pelo dessert in A+ kitchen Hong Kong Kitchen

In Seattle this is probably five times better but actually on a sleet pancake okay wow I’ll try their regular pancakes as well it looks awesome because look at the caramels um caramelized banana let me get some banana some pancakes some Syrup wow not only that they have the Su pancake which is so awesome but they also have this French toast which is super big wow let me add some syrup and some Whi cream what is good about Japanese food is they always use the best ingredient

So the fruits are Super Fresh and then the toast is more like a croissant toast we went shopping and this is lunch already so so soon and we have we at this called place called Eisen or bison and um it’s in the little of Little Tokyo they have really authentic wood

And today I’m going to try something different which is the cold wood because I have hot wood all the time and they already give us um a salad this place um is very affordable so right now they have this lunch special it’s only um based on the price of your udong which

Is somewhere around $9 to $15 and um if you add a couple dollars right then you can get um a side dishes like um a rice with chicken toppings in The Sushi Room all right um so the udong is here so basically it’s co udong so you

Can see the radish the beef some um panco crumbs so let me pour the co Sauce okay let’s mix let me get a bunch of beef and B Beau flaks the sauce is full of umami and it’s a little bit sweet not too salty and the Udo is um a very good texture it’s just the right chewi okay and uh my daughter ordered

This um tempura UD of course we have to order the regular wood let me taste the BR first again it’s not salty and a tiny a little bit of sweetness I’ll try the tempor Shrimp it’s not a temporary shop so the temporary is okay the shrim a little bit too hard let me try the I definitely like the cold udong because it preserve the cheeriness of the noodle okay so we got some katsu I wish they add a little bit more egg

But let me try the pork chocolate no the pork C can be a little bit more tender but the sauce and the rice is really good so either the owner or the server of this place is really nice we came here really late today he actually let

Us um get our order and then put everything in place and it’s um excellent service and think about this combo right if you order udong plus um plus a dawn is uh less than $20 so um it’s it’s awesome I will come back to this place if I live in Los Angeles

Wow this is our last day in Los Angeles and um I’ve been looking forward to coming to this place because this really looks like a Hong Kong Tai p doong and if you can see in the back right there’s like a vintage Hong Kong taxi here so

They are famous for the Hong Kong Cafe food um so today we’re going to try different things like the pan apple bun the macaroni with ham and so much more my food is already here in like 2 minutes this is awesome so this is the pork with um preserved pickle vegetables

And with some from maell noodle wow usually this kind of noodle is very salty but this is just perfect what I love is they added some of this Chili Pepper so it’s a little bit spicy and the pork is very tender so this is the Chun fun which I

Haven’t tried for a long time and this one they added a lot of sweet sauce and peanut sauce I haven’t had this for a long time this is creamy soft very sweet and this is usually the type of um scramble eggs that I like which is still

A little bit runny but it’s not fully cooked he so smooth ah Pine apple bun with Butter wow this is not a very big perfect Pine apple bun so it’s not too filling and it goes very perfect with the with the noodle let me try the milty I yeah this one is the the tea T is very good um I just don’t feel like they

Added enough um yeah the evaporated milk W this place let us refill the the milk tea or the coffee for um two to three times I think up to three times so this is my second cup of U milk tea and say if I come back to the a area

So this area is called monary part and there are so many Asian restaurants so I highly recommend that you stay in this area this time we stay at the courtyard and um for two bedroom suits it was really cheap and reasonable so for this La trip so many

Unexpected things happen I think some are good some are bad Universal Studios was kind of a um you know we spent so much money on the Nintendo World but we didn’t actually got to do the rise because it was broken the Mario Cart after we waited for an hour um and the

Other thing is for the courtyard um last night we didn’t even have hot water to take a shower so that was not very good um so you wear and um I think that’s part of the journey right that you take when you go traveling um you just have to um deal

With it sometimes um but overall I’m happy that um we took this family trip and um um wish us luck for a good flight back to Seattle Bye
