We start our day stumbled across a Japanese Koi fish coffee with delicious coffees, followed by fish feeding and trying our luck at the vending machines, to eating bò kho (Vietnamese braised beef stew) at a restaurant that has operated since 1975 in Saigon. That’s a huge Bowl does yours have noodles or what does yours come with yeah so I ordered mine with noodles which is whole deal the rice noodles but there are other options like egg noodles bunme which is bread and yeah and I’ve got a super cute one compared to Dion’s

One mine has two Meats so I believe tendon and rare beef uh but not entirely sure we’ll see when we get to it but it’s pretty much a reminds me of winie the peo sort of honey pot and I’ve got it with bread so just bread roll and um yes usually locals eat

But all the taste is there and it’s really incredible super flavorsome another thing I noticed as well in Australia we use Cal which is like the the fur kind of noodles where here they use a thinner type of noodles which is more like the H like the thin

Kind of chewy type of noodles it’s different but I do like it I know that too because usually i e eat it with a bunf um which we call H what de mentioned or bun me and in this case we’re trying something a little bit

Different is it good or is it a little odd it’s good it’s actually complimented Noles yeah the noodles the noodles is actually really good it’s not overcooked and it’s not you know too chewy wow I bur my tongue a little bit just from dipping the bread in mine’s scorching

Hot that’s so good my meat’s very interesting it kind of looks like uh sasil Pork yeah it looks like kind of por but beef definitely beef yeah I mean well it’s definitely beef but cuz it has that red Ting it reminds you of the zil soort of pork I’m still waiting one’s

Added in later on well yeah it’s not that soft it tends to get really soft the longer you leave it yeah yeah course and it gets more salty as well but so based on what you said that’s a firm right and I love boing that’s firm I don’t like it

When it’s soft so that’s perfect wow um eating this reminds me of when we first survived to Vietnam over a year ago when we moved here and um the first dish we made was W and we had no idea so we were like let’s go to the

Flea market try to get some beef and the Republic should have thought about it better because Republic should have went to a supermarket and then crost checked what was sort of the price to buy the kind of meat that we needed but anyway we didn’t do that we went to the flea

Market was very optimistic for the beef but wasn’t too sure if we had got scammed in terms of the pricing was it correct or not but you know we were happy to pay for the price we got the wrong cut of beef and then we made it

And we sted it for so long because the meat that we got was um a little bit older and so it took so long to get tender but nonetheless when we cooked it for so long and we ate it we like this is the best and another good thing about

Vietnam is they have like the already pre-made uh seasoning for you so the stes you know the um corander seeds and stuff if you were making fur um it all comes in like a packet for you so you can just go to the markets and grab it

Yourself and just go home and check meating and it’s so handy that’s so true it’s either like the bigger supermarkets like the chains or even just the flea markets and they sort of packet their fresh ingredients on the spot in like a little bag um which yeah makes life so

Much easier honestly saves so much time but I mean that was an event for uh meal that we made our first meal actually yeah first me ever that we decided to cook and it was a a great adventure all right guys so that was the VOD car that was amazing I’m super

Super delicious I’m definitely coming back here but yeah so the pricing was what was it so it was 150 so in total so my bowl was 100K and we’ll put the prices down below but mine was 100K and Kim’s was 50k which obviously is 150 and
