First Impressions of Tokyo, Japan 🇯🇵 – Our FIRST TIME in Japan – Harajuku, Yokohama and Shibuya!

We finally made it to Japan 🇯🇵 It’s our first time in Japan and on our first full day in Tokyo, we will take you along with to Harajuku, Yokohama and Shibuya!

Our home base while in Tokyo is the Hilton Tokyo. We were able to get upgraded to executive floor room, so we got to eat breakfast at the executive lounge. This hotel’s location is also pretty convenient! You can walk to either the Nishi-Shinjuku station or the Tochomae station via an underground walkway! We always go to the Nishi-Shinjuku station to hop on our very first train of the day.

We stopped by Harajuku to check out Yoyogi Park and Meiji Jingu. We didn’t pay close attention to our map, so we walked over 30 minutes to get to Meiji Jingu. We could’ve just crossed the street and enter the park area. Make sure you don’t repeat this mistake we made 😅

We then took the train for about 40 minutes to Yokohama. I wanted to eat the original Spaghetti Napolitan at Hotel New Grand. I’m sure they take reservation somehow but we did walk-in.. The wait time was about 2 hours 🤯 So we decided to go to the next stops on our itinerary.

The Gundam Factory was a pretty cool place to visit even though I’m not a huge fan. They’re closing down March 2024. So make sure you go if you want to check it out!

Then it’s time to go back to Tokyo – specifically Shibuya! We got to walk around the Center Gai and made our way to Parco. We checked out a couple stores (Pokemon Center and Jump Shop) before heading up to Shibuya Sky!

Good morning friends well good morning from Tokyo Japan it still feels so surreal to say that but we made it to Japan after about 10 11 hours of flying from LA to Tokyo but we made it this is our official first full day in Japan today Sunday we are going to Harajuku
