When I started this project I knew that I would have to spend a lot of time on the road and after running out of podcasts and music to listen to, you start to get a little bored. So in June, on my way back to Tokyo from a trip to Shizuoka, I decided to shoot some footage of what it is like to drive the highways of Japan. I filmed my journey between Ashitaka PA (Parking Area), south of Mt Fuji, to Ebina SA the largest ‘Service Area’ outside of Tokyo on the Tomei Highway (Tokyo To Osaka), an 80km long journey! So relax, kick off your shoes and enjoy the ride!
