OSAKA Travel Guide 2024 🇯🇵 | 3 Places You SHOULD Visit!!

Today’s video is a travel guide to Osaka, Japan.

Osaka, Japan is the 2nd largest city in all of Japan, providing visitors with a plethora of things to do. Whether you head to the city for shopping, partying, or eating, you’ll never get bored.

The most important and recommended thing to do, is to sample the local cuisine as this is Japan’s food capital.

Head to the market and try some local seafood before exploring the backstreets of Osaka. If you have time in your trip, try to visit the fun park of Universal Studios.

These are just three places I managed to squeeze into my 4 country trip during the month of October.

Osaka is the second largest city in Japan and has always been known as a must visit destination it is a vibrant and dynamic city with a rich history thriving modern culture and is renowned for its food scene are you heading to Osaka Japan soon well if so this travel

Guide is perfect for you as I just recently visited Osaka for about 3 days in the end of October of 2023 so I feel like I have some good experience to tell you about some places you should visit and some things you should do when visiting Osaka so these recommendations

Are based off of my experience and as I said being there in the end of October means I got to experience Halloween There I just want to point out that of course my pronunciation is going to be off for a lot of these names so please excuse me on that so let’s get started with this travel guide to Osaka Japan number one is Kon ichiba market now this Market is often referred to as Osaka’s

Kitchen it is a lively and historic Market located in the Namba District of Osaka the market has been a staple in Osaka’s culinary scene for centuries and attracts locals and tourists to sample the fresh produce Seafood Street Food and more what was originally a center for trading has become one of the most

Visited food hubs of Osaka there are a plethora of restaurants in which you can dine at places to drink Japanese beer Japanese wine whiskey sake all of that or you can wander the many passageways and shop for the Japanese snacks and souvenirs the market is a food lovers

Paradise offering a wide variety of goods visitors can find fresh seafood fruits vegetables meat street food and traditional Japanese snacks everywhere the market is particularly renowned for its highquality seafood and many of the Stalls and restaurants specialize in serving fresh catches from the nearby sea whether you like sushi you like

Squid octopus or something a little more exotic it is here waiting for you to satisfy your taste buds if you take a walk through the market and just watch the locals work visit some of the Stalls and restaurants sampling the cuisine you’ll be amazed at the Variety that is

Available I recommend trying a few popular items including takoyaki which is octopus balls or okonomiyaki which is a Savory pancake or kushikatsu which is deep fried skewers and of course the sushi because the sushi is Super Fresh and really really tasty many of the food stalls are a

Stand and eat type of food sty which will motivate you to keep walking and eating more along the way head down to the market just after opening to enjoy it without the crowds in the evening time it can be quite crowded but many vendors might close as their supply is

Gone early okay number two on the list is Doon bu or dobur I don’t know how you say it but this is probably the most visited place of all of Osaka because it’s like the main area it’s the main strip this is where you have a lot of

Clubs you have a lot of partying bars restaurants tourist attractions shopping you name it everything here Doon Buri is Osaka’s most famous tourist area renowned for its Lively atmosphere in Endless Neon Lights it attracts millions of visitors yearly with its unlimited dining options and night life this

Region is named after the river in the street running parallel to each other here you can walk eat shop and party until you drop literally there is so much to do that it would take a lifetime to explore everything one of the most iconic symbols is the gly running man

Sign which has become a landmark of the district Doon buur is a popular shopping destination offering a mix of high-end boutiques International Brands and local shops the shinsaibashi shopping arcade is one of Japan’s longest shopping streets and is located in this area providing a variety of fashion and

Retail options the doore canal runs through the district and the Waterfront area is a popular spot for strolling and taking in the views the canal is particularly picturesque in the evening when the lights reflect off of the water the district is a food lovers Paradise with numerous street food stalls and

Restaurants serving a variety of local International dishes all right third place on the list is somewhere that not everyone visits when they go to Osaka but it definitely is highly visited by many tourists many foreigners many local Japanese people traveling in Japan that is Universal Studio so if you’re unaware uh Universal

Studios has some different locations around the world and one of their best locations is actually here in Osaka Japan Universal Studios Japan is one of Japan’s most popular theme parks located in Osaka it is one of several Universal studio theme parks around the world and is known for its exciting rides

Attractions and entertainment based on popular movies and franchises Universal Studios Japan is situated in the Osaka Bay area and is easily accessible from the central Osaka station and other parts of the Kanai region Universal Studios Japan officially opened its doors to the public on March 31st 2001

Since then it has become one of the most visited theme parks in Japan and in the world Universal Studios Japan host various seasonal events and special celebrations throughout the year these events often feature limited time attractions shows and themed decorations I recommend riding some of the roller coasters visiting the themed attractions

Such as Wizarding World of Harry Potter and Super Mario World also don’t forget to sample some of the cuisine as the park is well known for its American food and with a Twist of Japanese culinary I visited Universal during the Halloween holiday which is always a special time

To visit any American inspired theme park during Halloween the park is normal throughout the day displaying decorations but at night the Park converts to a haunted territory many guests are encouraged to dress up and blend in with the crowd once it becomes dark Zombies come out and try to scare

You but don’t worry as they won’t touch you if you are lucky maybe they’ll let you take a selfie with them be warned that the park is limited with space and often gets very crowded During certain days and holidays it’s best to check the website for availability for fast passes

Which will make your experience much better so let me tell you uh visiting Universal Studios during Halloween was one of the best decisions it was super super cool I remember going to theme parks back in the US as a child during Halloween you know smaller theme parks

But going to Universal is just an incredible experience because it is one of the biggest theme parks right and their displays of Halloween their costumes that the people have the zombies that walk around it is so good and it is so real looking so it really

Makes you feel like you’re in some sort of horror movie horror attraction if you really do enjoy Halloween time or Halloween festivities this is a place you should add to your list okay guys well as you can see that is just a quick travel guide of three places to visit in

Osaka when you were visiting now Osaka is a big city it’s the second largest city in Japan like I said so there’s so much you can do you can make a guide for top 15 top 20 you name it right so I decided to go to Universal Studios right

Because it’s a onetime thing for me I think I don’t think I’ll probably ever go back to Universal Studios is there but it’s a destination that I can mark off my list say I’ve been to another American inspired theme park outside of the US right so if you are going to

Osaka Japan I do recommend going to these places or trying to do some of these activities right but the most important thing to do is when you’re in Osaka you need to eat you need to try local food maybe some foreign food as well because it is well known for its

Food it’s the most well-known place in all of Japan I think where you can have a little bit of everything from all different parts of the country if I’m not mistaken now of course the shopping is popular the party and all that so you can definitely enjoy all of that as well

Well you know what guys that’s going to be it for this quick travel guide very quick one as I said I hope you enjoyed if there was anything I missed or if there was any questions you have about visiting Osaka Japan leave them down below in the comments and I will answer

Them and then until next time guys I’ll see you soon peace oh
