Kobe Beef and Random Places in Osaka

Okay uh today is may 22nd uh 2008. uh we’re still at the guesthouse hotel and are having our breakfast so it looks very delicious and uh yeah so we’re gonna uh after the breakfast we’re gonna check out today and uh we’re gonna go to uh where are we going

Yeah we’re gonna go somewhere so uh let’s see uh anyway uh last night was the the bed was really good uh i never thought sleeping in the floor it’s uh so comfortable yeah and uh uh we actually opened the window to stick uh last night uh you can hear the the river

And a little swinging it’s a free freak relaxing experience yeah so i’ll talk later okay uh originally we’re gonna stop by kobe for some uh kobe beat before we leave but uh it seems like it’s too early in the morning and all the stores are closed so

Let’s see if we can find uh one that is open if we cannot we’re probably gonna check in at uh go back to osaka to check in because we’re carrying a location but it’s very happy so yeah see if we can find open shop okay so we decided to wait till 11

O’clock at kobe for to try the kobe beef so uh this place actually they sell the stick lunch for only 3000 yen for the kobe beef stick so it’s pretty cheap for kobe beef 3000 yen so we’re gonna try it and uh they also win a lot of awards so

Probably it’s gonna be really good so you can see here all these all these uh award that they win so gotta be good yeah so uh let’s wait until they open yeah starbucks coffee at 7 11 very convenient so we’re inside the steakhouse and now we decided to order one kobe beef and

Then the other one is the regular stick the regular stick is 1300 yen and the kobe beef is twice as much 2009 so let’s see what the difference it smells really really good okay so we have two types of beef in there so the one on the left side that’s the kobe beef

And the one on the right hand side that’s the sugar beef so let’s try the kobe beef first okay do you see any different i was told that i’m going to eat kobe beef it’s supposed to melt in your mouth i think it’s true it’s not thin in my mouth i don’t i

Don’t have to chew you can eat the beef with no tea so you can eat this beef with just just with your tongue it’s really good let’s try the chili see if it’s any different actually it’s not shitty it’s expensive too but yeah it’s still really good but um

You have to this one you have to chew you cannot eat with your tongue you need to keep chew okay it’s been 30 minutes since this shop opened and it’s already fully packed so as you can see this place is very famous and uh yeah great taste very tasty best kobe beef

Like one of the best koreans okay this place is pretty damn awesome uh just now when we walk out the the shop right there’s uh three uh 60 60 years old ladies just walk in with a google map in their hand looking for this place so yeah japanese old lady

Knows how to use a google map it’s pretty awesome so we’re currently just checking in at uh uh we spent too much time at kobe so now we don’t have time to go so uh we’re just gonna walk around the osaka area and see what one of the fun things they have in

This city so until later okay right now we’re in osaka and then one of the catalog we find this place this place is the it’s called a laughing museum so no idea what this is but uh we’re here right now and uh it’s a 1000 yen to enter

So uh yeah this is the entrance there’s like a lot of people here as well so we’re gonna we have nothing to do so we’re gonna go inside and check out what they have inside so hopefully uh yeah we’ll get a laugh out of it uh actually we just found out that uh

The laughing museum is one of those japanese uh chameleon uh stand up talk show so yeah we don’t understand japanese so it’s probably not the best place for us to go so uh we’re gonna go somewhere else and hopefully find something else that’s fun for us yeah

Okay another place a show from the catalog so i have no idea what this is but uh it looks really cool like you can actually sit here and then uh go go around the building yeah like that sorry yeah no idea what this is so let’s go inside and check it out

So actually this is just a variety store that sells like all kinds of random things so uh but i did bought something i bought this one million dollar toilet paper so 1 million yen toilet paper so yeah i always dream of using money as toilet paper and they

Actually sell in here so i bought this whole row one million yen so i’m gonna try it and get back to singapore okay we’re having uh some snack at the local coffee shop so i ordered the chocolate cake and the iced chocolate pretty standard but my friend here he ordered a

Tofu latte this is actually made out of tofu so not vanilla because uh you haven’t tried it yet he’s waiting for his omelette to come so maybe we’ll try later okay tonight we’re gonna try the fry uh pancake so something like japanese fry pancake so uh what i ordered i ordered uh

The first place uh pancake in this place uh which is a 1550 yen so it’s number one uh in this place so they actually have a guys and uh girls rating so this one’s 50 50. and then my friend ordered uh so this one this pancake with no idea

What what’s inside of it looks pretty good that’s the number two in this place yeah so let’s see how it looks later okay so these are these are the two pancake reorder this one is number one in this place and now this one is ranked number two

So yeah no idea what’s inside although hopefully they have no egg so let’s try it is
