I took an overnight ferry from Kagoshima to one of the beautiful islands in Japan. On this route, two ferry companies alternately operate once a day. Today’s ship is Queen Coral Cross, operated by Marix Line.
*Important note
These small ports in islands are often affected by waves. There is always possibility that they change the port or cancel the schedule.
In 2021, I took A” Line from Okinawa to Kagoshima

I'm sure this has been asked many times, have you been on the Yonaguni Geru Fune ?
That volcano ruined my dress white uniform in ‘ 84 or ‘85 tendering back too the USS Lockwood sitting on a seat covered in ash and misty rain.
In Japan is the tall grass like at 25:25 infested with ticks? It would be in my part of the U.S.
Liked your shirt sleeve.
That wooden box is so cool. Like the other storage boxes just for tea cups, etc.
I would love to do several of these Ferry adventures, specially from Tokyo to Hokkaido. But, as a non Japanese speaker is that even possible? I see very little English everywhere. The menu has pictures at least. Japan looks so amazing to me, always has.
I enjoy your videos and am learning more about Japan 🙂
That looks a lot like Curry Rice to me <.<.
Tender, very tender hamburger. Defently "boilded". Needs roasting on grill after cooking.😊
You must be hungry for pizza!
With all those stops it’s too bad you can’t jump off and eat a local delicacy.
Blue enough.
Yoron has lots of steps. Not bicycle or handicapped friendly.
As always loved the video and getting to love Japanese food. Plenty of variety. Must check out some Japanese restaurants in my country. Chopstick may be a problem though.
On your walk from the ferry to Yoron Airport the landscape looked incredible. Is Yoron as peaceful as it looks?
Totally Love your videos
Beautiful trip.
bro the smoke is figure a giant
Hey! That little boat – wasn’t it the “zipper”? The zipper was an installation art (I forget who the artist was?) inspired by how the bow waves of a boat resemble a zipper being undone. Now that’s super cool if it was! I would love to see it in real life
Gawd the restaurant opening hours are absolutely pathetic- company does not know the voice of the customer 😢
It is microwaved or boil in the bag with the oil slick
Beatiful!
Nice japan
Can we see the "truck driver" accommodations. Thanks..
