  1. In Japan, the scenery from a bus is more diverse, beautiful, and with relax vibe if the bus equips with big seat ( similar to your last leg in this video).
    Thank you for sharing.

  2. I have just discovered this channel a few months ago and I find the POV travel incredibly relaxing. Exploring places in ways I would never experience IRL. Also, love the food, there is always room for more ramen 🍜

  3. I understand the focus of this video(and the next one) is the whole bus trips. But why didn't you also record the places you stayed in? I wouldn't mind much longer video at all. Besides, it's the sole reason of watching you going places through your videos. I thought it's a shame you didn't include them in the videos.

Wait, on a second thought, I think I know why you didn't include them, since your remaining HP was already at 1/100 everytime you finished the trip of the day. I retracted my words ;D

  4. Always love watching the scenery, reading your trip and accomodations commentary and especially your dining experiences 🙂 Thank you!

  5. You need a very healthy condition to traveling using a bus. One thing I learn if I must traveling using a bus for a very long time, every time the bus stop at the rest area, besides go to the toilet, you should also do a little exercise for your body to not getting stiff and sore.

You can do some stretch out, straighten your back by leaning towards the wall, look out at the sky or the green leafs (usually, it will helps my eyes more fresh and calm after keep seeing a motion during the trip on the bus), and have some walks (2-3 minutes is enough).

I'm from Indonesia and my hometown is in a city in South Sumatera and I'm work in West Java, a different island. If I should using a bus to go home, it will takes over 19 hours (but if we have a traffic jam, it will be a hell because sometimes it will take almost/over 24 hours). Based on this experience, I learn the things I have mentioned above.

Actually, bus is my least favorite transportation in my country because of how freakin' long it will takes. But the pros of rode a bus are:
    1. You can enjoy more view (if you have no traffic jam ofc)
    2. You can learn more information about local streets/landmark/area/border
    3. The cost to rode a bus is the one of the cheapest among train tickets and airplane tickets after verry or jetfoil ship (at least in my country)
    4. For those who enjoys a slow journey or not in a rush, the trip will be much more enjoyable

Watching this video is so fun and entertaining because Japan has more advanced bus and the traffic is also amazing. But on the other hand, I feel bad for Solo Travel-san because he seemed very tired. I really appreciate your idea to using a bus to go across Japan.

  6. I really enjoy watching your travel vlogs, thanks so much for sharing them. One of the reasons I enjoy waching them is because it takes me to places I've never been before and allows me to experience the travel trips with you. I know you try to keep the video clips as short as possible, so that our eyes don't go through the same ordeal as your buttocks on the bus, but I wouldn't mind a seeing a bit more detail, especially the passing countryside and some information regarding the hotels where you stayed. Thanks again for great video clips.

  7. I'm so tickled that you refer to HP in terms of your buttocks. I played D&D when I was younger and my son got into playing it as well. I completely understand the HP reference in terms of how tired and achey your buttocks got.

As always, thank you so much for your incomparable videos. They allow me to "travel" in places I will probably never have the opportunity to see IRL

  8. I have a ramen place near me in the US called Ramen Hakata, I hope I get an opportunity some day to try ramen in Hakata to compare

  9. Love your videos! Where did you stay in Hakata? How was the hotel? More importantly, how was breakfast?

  10. 高速バスでも、いったい幾つの、お尻が割れちゃうんだろうかって怖いよぉぉ~

  11. "Buttocks HP" 😂 Yup, doesn't matter how comfortable the bus is you just can't hold sitting for too long

  12. The legroom is larger compared to national express, mega bus and others in the UK

  13. You should of taken Pic of your back area so we could see it disappear.
Never knew, Japan Terrain was like it is. The semi trucks trailers, alot.
    Thanks

  14. After watching a couple of these "bus" videos, I wonder why anyone would take a bus in Japan. It seems like the trains and ferry's are faster, and better in many ways. Roads seem bumpy and vibrations seems bad. But thank you so much for the videos!
