Which sort of looks like a meat waterfall. Last but not least, they use thinly sliced Wagyu beef, which they torch in front of you right before serving. This leads to the fat being rendered out and a toasty and buttery flavor layer to form on your beef waterfall.
Oh, the boiling hot beef bone broth can’t be missed, of course. Before you dive in and enjoy a freshly prepared bowl of Pho. I didn’t check with them about the Wagyu’s origin, its quality rating, or the cut. What I can say though, it was super delicious and tender. Unfortunately, in this case,
