  1. The history here is so fascinating and interesting….especially being Japanese American. I'm glad to see how this city has developed over the years through your eyes. Thank you for sharing.

  2. I believe the people who don't like this video are unaware of the current international threat of nuclear war. I always had to smile when my grandpa said to me, people forget too quickly, now I understand what he meant. OUR fate is now in OUR hands, whether we can prevent the worst remains to be seen. I hope that we get another chance and the time to live in peace with each other.

  3. First I want to thank you so much for making this video, I spent many years researching Japan especially Hiroshima & Nagasaki bombing. I Spent the day here and walked everywhere in the time I had and its a beautiful modern city considering what happened here. The Japanese people are very resilient and have the worlds finest engineers. This city recovered and rebuilt its city to a modern beauty. The Hiroshima castle was completely destroyed but was rebuilt. I do recommend visiting the memorial museum very sad & very moving but a MUST. The Hiroshima Peace Memorial building which was destroyed with only a part left was moved but the people wanted it returned as a reminder of that horrible day, to see it live is very moving. The layout around this building is brilliant with beautiful gardens and parks. This Beautiful City is a MUST VISIT thank you

  4. its not a victims but consequences of its atrocities of its action in war…now where else Nanking that's a victim…!

  5. My favorit big city in japan. I like nara and hiroshima. Would be great to live there. People were so super friendly to me. From taxi driver to little children. Izakaya owner even bowed to me and i gave them german chocolate. Thank you hiroshima for one of the best times i ve had in japan 💞🇯🇵🇩🇪

  6. this is the country i wanted to live in but where I'm living in is just shit and full of trash one day I don't know if was 5 or 10 years later I will visit Japan and meet real people.. and thanks for you Japan explorer for showing us these incredible videos of Japan 💜

  7. 🚶✌️👍
    ✋ Extra, good job 👌
Wow nice view, I like to see new places ✌
    Great movie 👍 Bravo 👋
And I have a new movie from a walk around the city 😊
Regards, DJ Janusz from Warsaw Poland ✌ 🇵🇱✋

  8. Looking at the Genbaku Dome Memorial, I've learned something new and shouldn't be surprised American history books put so much emphasis on the Pearl Harbor bombing but won't acknowledge the reason behind it. Anyway, great footage and beautiful scenery! 😊

  9. You should use NOT the word " Victim" on the title. Aggressor is the correct word. You learn the history so you will not repeat the past.

  10. I lived in a predominantly Japanese neighborhood in Hawaii…
I'll never forget how well maintained they kept everything & working with Japanese engineers @ Pearl Harbor, I developed a great respect for their work ethic and devotion to detail..
Frankly as an American, I am proud of what General MacArthur accomplished in post war Japan , and this too, in no small part, was possible because of the attitude of the Japanese People..
Let's hope & pray that the horrors of war, never fall on these good people again, and that their leaders never ever forget the mistakes of the past…

  11. People in glass houses should not throw stones. You want to look at victims? Take a walk around Pearl Harbor or Manchuria or the Philippine's or countless other country's and city's the Japanese imperial army invaded or bombed.

    ⛩️ Hiroshima
    Song by Wishful Thinking

🎼There's a shadow of a man at Hiroshima
    Where he passed the moon
    In a wonderland at Hiroshima
    'Neath the August moon

And the world remembers his face
    Remembers the place was
    Here

    Fly metal bird to Hiroshima
    And away your load
Speak the magic word to Hiroshima
    Let the sky explode

And the world remembers his name
    Remembers the flame was
    Hiroshima

And the world remembers his name
    Remembers the flame was
    Hiroshima
    Hiroshima
    Hiroshima
    Hiroshima
    Hiroshima

  13. Realest title you ever gave a vid. What the allies did to Japan and Germany was sickening. But of course those weren’t “war crimes.”
