  1. I am surprised you put your hand near that thing. I know the Banana Spider is not that poisonous in terms of other spiders but I still would not care to deal with it's bite.

  2. Me and some friends found a way into that place in 1984. We did not know about the haunting but we felt like we were being followed and watched. We were accusing each other of throwing rocks at each other but no one would admit it. We kept getting pelted with small rocks. Sad to see how vandalized it is now back then there was no graffiti or broken out windows.

  3. I went to that hotel when I was stationed in Okinawa back in 2000.  I felt an uneasy sense while I was there.  Even more so, I went there with some friends between 2300 – 0200.  Talk about freaky.  We heard whispers and saw shadows.  You said that it was built on some castle ground.  If I remember correctly, history said that there was a battle on those castle ground as well and so there are spirits roaming from that battle.  Would I go there again, maybe so.

  4. Lol, this reminds me so much of the movie Spirited Away… the road and the end of it… just wow.

  5. Haha!! You ass!!!  Good video, but maybe next time don't wear flip-flops when you go boonie stomping.

  6. we went there over 10 yrs ago when l was still in the navy…it was so beautiful, but u just knew something tragic lived there..

  7. Went there back in 2010 during the day with some Marine friends then went again at night that same day with some more Marine friends. Pretty creepy looking but we didn't encounter anything supernatural. I remember a dead end at the most bottom part of the hotel that had a huge Illuminati looking training painted on the wall, also there was a room with a shadow painted on peeking out of the door which read "Come in here if you want to die" so we did. We also explored another lower part of the hotel that had a strong steel door which we pried open with a friends skateboard. Also, in the upper part of the hotel there was a car that was charred.

  8. Now Demolished!
I went back to this hotel in 2019 August & work had begun on demolition. The entire area was surrounded by a steel fence & there was a lot of big machinery tearing the place down.

  9. I’m here for a udp and a buddy and I are looking for places to visit locally . This place I think is off limits and I think tore down at this point as well . There’s a cave at a golf course which seem interesting . From ww2

  10. Having lived in Okinawa, I can tell you the spider is a common Golden Orb. Females are always huge, male are tiny. Very non-aggressive.
Disappointed that I had to wait until over 1/2 way through to even see the hotel, only to find you gave no history on it.

  11. I went there in 2017 to spend Christmas with my son. We went up there and it is just up the hill from a Buddhist temple The story is that the Buddhist monks told the owner of the bldg not to build there because it was haunted. He did anyway and the building had stop. Accident's and so on. To prove it was not haunted he spent the night there and the next morning they found him screaming and no one knew why. They had to have him committed. Okinawa is supposed to be the most haunted country in the world because of all the death's that were there from the war.

  12. One way you know a place is haunted…is when the dog stops and you have to drag him a bit…. happened to me in Hawaii. Anytime the dog is dragging yea it means there’s no business going there.

  13. I was exploring this hotel in 2003 with some other Marines, when a real life monk walked by and made not reaction to us being there at all.

  14. Everywhere you go in Okinawa, you always feel like your being watched whether you’re in a haunted hotspot or not.
