It’s time to go and explore once again.
On this video I head up to Lake Ontario to travel along the North Coastline of the Niagara Region.
Launching from Port Dalhousie in St. Catharines, where i check out what the Welland old canal looked like a 100 years ago.
From there I follow a ship into Port Weller before I head off up the Niagara River.

  1. What is the actual date you recorded this video? The weather does not look like December 12th 2023! Thank you for taking us with you on your water journeys! I am still waiting for your visit to BLUE STAR RESTAURANT in King Street, Welland Ont. Cheers from Pam in London UK,

  2. Really enjoyed that. The drama of the return trip! I took a friends 50 footer through the canal a few years ago. Experience of a lifetime especially when the big freighters went by in the middle of the night.

  3. Enjoy your history lessons about your region. Interesting. Great footage, as always. Just got a windshield for my GTX 230/2021. Went out on December 1st/28 degrees f at start. What a difference in the quality of the ride. 1.5 hours and never was cold (proper clothing too, of course). Great addition. Easy to take on and off in a matter of minutes. Ski is winterized and put away until April. Hope you can make it down this way next June? Have a great and productive winter.
