Up keep is the most expense. And the electricity is expensive You also have to furnish the property and the maintenance of the pool and you would need a generator from time to time And then Security expenditure and don’t forget the average Ghanaian is poor so trust is a big part you would have to mix with elite Ghanaian and foreigners
