Why not just get a better gun than the pirates? Spraying someone with a extiguisher and beating them to death with a club sounds more bloody and brutal/traumatic than asking your wife to shoot a pirate2-3 times
Honestly, as an avid tech enthusiast, I would just craft an unreasonably strong portable laser (can be aimed through glass) and light their pants of fire. Or hair, whichever is easier to aim. If they have a problem with being on fire they can jump into the sea.
one more reason to keep the expired flares, i saw a guy, who said, he has some fishing rigs full with hooks, and he has a thrower for them, what is a simple piece of plastic tube with a spring loaded piston. i heard about flamethrowers, built from oil-spray, what can be very effective. just remove the small circle from the nozzle, and try it.
Hey guys another good thing to keep near the night stand is a spray can of wasp spray. It will spray about 15ft. They are cheaper than refilling a fire extinguisher and probably more effective.
I would think it should be considered a home invasion if someone unwelcome or uninvited stepped foot on the boat, at least that's how I would consider it especially if I was unaware of the exact moment they got on the boat. This gave me the idea that someone should come up with a laser boat perimeter alarm system that detects heat signatures within like a 10-20 yard perimeter around from center of the boat where blinding spot lights activate and a monitor screen shows their position, kind of like a radar alarm system.
