Opened in Feb 2019, the Starbucks Reserve Roastery in Tokyo, Japan is the largest Starbucks in the world at 32,000 sqft. The roastery is located near Naka-Meguro Station along the treelined Meguro river (known for it’s cherry blossoms).

1F – Pour over coffee, pressed coffee, cold brew, full bakery, open roasting display, gift shop
2F – Teavana, dedicated to all different kinds of tea
3F – Alcohol bar, serving a range coffee themed drinks such as the popular expresso martini and whiskey barrel aged cold brew, open air terrace overlooking the river and cherry blossoms in the spring time
4F – Barista training workshops, open air terrace. Birdseye view of the 4 story tall roastery centerpiece tank

The beans roasted in this facility are over 680,000 kilograms, and ships it’s coffee beans to the more than 1,400 Starbucks locations across Japan.

  4. This as far as I know the only 360 of the Tokyo Roastery. This gives a much better perspective on how things are laid out. Thank you for posting. I was there one month ago, but your video does a much better job.
