Kyoto & Osaka in August | dotonburi, Nintendo world, fushimiinari, legendary knives + more

The last of the Japan vlogs (for now!) I am beyond happy that I got a chance in this lifetime to go to Japan and meet such beautiful, kind hearted people. I had some amazing ramen (duh), learned how to sharpen knives and received my own, toured the tourist sights and overall had the chance to submerge myself in a culture outside of my own.

If you are a local watching my videos, please comment on the sights. I do my research but I forget to write things down, especially pronunciation! I forgot the ramen restaurant I ended up going to… 🙁

We didn’t stay longer in universal because everything was timed entrances, even with the express passes. Sometimes it was even better to just make the line, if you wanted to go faster (!) We saw Harry Potter from the outside but never made it inside the castle.

Honestly, the best ramen of my life in Dotonburi for lunch, but I can’t remember the name and I am so sad I never wrote it down. I did note some changes we made due to holidays and closures, but overall, you can’t go wrong getting a little lost in Japan.
