THE SABBATICAL – Episode 26: Nobel Prize for Parenting (Sweden)

Home of contemporary fashion, modular furniture and the world’s most delicious meatballs, Sweden also hosts the Nobel Prize. Of which, the 2023 Nobel Prize for Parenting is likely not going in our favour.

With 10 days in Sweden, we get The Sabbatical back on track as just the three of us. During our week and a half adventure, we’ve got lots of opportunities to demonstrate if we’re worthy of the Nobel Prize for Parenting. (Spoiler Alert: We’re not.)

Parents of the year or not, the three of us have an absolute blast through wicked weather, gorgeous seaside towns, saturated autumn colours and historic Nordic cities. Swedish music nods, daily fika and hockey references included.

This one is an absolute banger.
